Cari Hotel 4-Star di Cannes

Last-minute booking for a staycation, and overall, it met my expectations. The room was very spacious, and not having a balcony was fine for a short stay. The small kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, crockery, kettle and all necessary details well taken care of. I particularly liked the shower, which had strong water pressure and flow. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The only downside was the bed—it was too soft for someone with back pain. However, given the price, it was a great stay. Recommended if you don’t mind a softer bed.

На ресепшене дали другой ключ, сказали: «Это улучшенный номер», но я абсолютно не заметила разницы. Карточка-ключ тоже не работала. В итоге с тяжелым багажом я три раза «прыгала» по этажам туда-обратно. Даже набора зубного в номере не оказалось. Утром обещали принести, но в итоге отправили в магазин за своей щеткой и пастой. Постоянно слышно работников: кто-то что-то доедает, двигает мебель, ходит. Отдыхать и расслабиться невозможно. Хорошо, что я была там недолго. Больше не вернусь и не рекомендую. Очень приветливый персонал, просторный номер и санузел. В номере есть все необходимое. Уютная терраса на крыше , удобно загорать. Недалеко есть много кафе , кондитерских с вкуснейшими круассанами и кофе, если не берете завтрак в отеле. Все понравилось)

The hotel has a lot of history. It's a building historic building at a wonderful location. However because the building is so old, the rooms are tiny, facilities are old, elevator are petit. The services is great and the view if your room is looking at the marina is wonderful. Otherwise it's really not the best hotel experience to expect. I'll most probably choose a different place to stay at when I return to the city.

The apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport. The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room. Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus. Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us. Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building. It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

I really enjoy this location because it offers a welcoming atmosphere and convenience. The staff members are always friendly, approachable, and eager to help, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Their warm attitude and attentiveness create an environment that feels both comfortable and inviting, encouraging me to return regularly.

Добрый вечер . Отдыхала в мае, прилетала на Канский фестиваль . Орель расположен в идеальном месте , все в шаговой доступности . Прекрасное спа с хамамом. Отличные просто супер завтраки. Русскоязычный персонал так же работаю на ресепшен. Все очень внимательные и заботливые администраторы. Спасибо большое, мне еще улучшили номер, за это просто огромное спасибо администратору .

房間還不錯，服務也很好，價格便宜

We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
