"The room was decent although a few things like the shower could use a slight renovation. Also for this type of hotel I was surprised that things like lotion or conditioner was not available in the room and I had to request it from reception. The bed was quite confortable and the breakfast excellent and varied. As for the sauna/hamam they were nice and big but I would have preferred them hotter. The indoor pool very nice as well. I was visiting the palais for a show so it was a bit of a long walk, but overall I would consider staying again depending on the price."

"The positive points are the rooms, which are quite spacious, and their good soundproofing. However, the curtains are broken and worn. So don't expect to sleep in complete darkness, especially since there are no roller shutters. Regarding the pool, the lack of consideration shown by some guests is regrettable: loud music, numerous children jumping and diving constantly, ball games… It feels like a municipal pool or a campsite. As frequent guests of Mercure hotels, we expected a certain level of comfort and tranquility that, in our opinion, reflects the brand's image. We were therefore very disappointed. We would, however, like to highlight the warm welcome and the friendly smiles of the staff. Despite this, we will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment."

From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcome. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly that I felt like I was at home, surrounded by family. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. The employees were amazing,kind, professional, and always smiling. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. I will definitely come back in the future and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

"A very disappointing hotel. Hygiene: The room has a smell. I booked a room with a terrace, which can be ventilated by opening the door, but there is still a smell. Moreover, the water in the washbasin of the hotel bathroom is not smooth, which is unpleasant. Environment: We booked two rooms, which happened to be in two directions of the hotel, very close to the opposite house, and it felt bad to look at each other through the window. Service: The old lady at the front desk didn't speak good English, but she didn't smile or greet anyone during the whole process. It's not your fault that you don't speak good English, but it's too much that you lack basic etiquette. I travel for business all year round, and this is the only hotel I gave a bad review in 2024."

"Very quaint and nice hotel that is convenient to find even when located in the middle of Cannes's old town with narrow streets. Simple check in and out process and the owner also concisely explains which key unlocks which door etc. Only issue is that the toilet is a shared one and not located in the room and there is no air-con so you can get awoken by cars sometimes. Other than that, this is one of the cheaper options for accommodations in Cannes and nonetheless it is a comfortable room with a private shower."
