PPengguna TetamuOur stay at Oldfields House was outstanding we were shown our room then offered another with a stunning four post bed, which we settled into quite quickly. The staff on check in were amazing and fixed us up promptly and courteously. Breakfast was delicious and filling and our coffee was perfect.

PPengguna TetamuPerfect spot for exploring Bath, very central and easy to walk to the station, shops and attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and felt secure in the lovely courtyard. We extended our stay as we felt so at home there. There looked to be a secure left luggage store which we may have used if we’d seen it earlier. Would be useful to have info about this in the apartment info pack.
There is some noise from the street for apartment 7, partly from early deliveries to Thermae Spa which is directly opposite, and also from people wandering through the echoey passageways at night. We got used to it by the end of our stay, but light sleepers might prefer one of the inward facing apartments.

PPengguna TetamuSolo puedo recomendar The Kennard Hotel. Tanto la atención como la calidad del servicio son espectaculares. No es fácil encontrar un alojamiento que reúna todos los requisitos y este alojamiento cubre todas las expectativas con creces. Si vuelvo a Bath ese alojamiento será mi elección. Felicidades por la profesionalidad y la amabilidad del personal que ha sido excelente y han colaborado en una inolvidable experiencia en Bath.

TTheju C AThe place was extremely cozy and pretty too. Had little expectations when booking a guesthouse, but the place exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient too, to hangout at Bath. The bed was cozy. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Loved the stay overall and would definitely visit them again if I come back to Bath.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel had great location and tasty breakfast. The room was nice and good toilet. Great room service for bringing your delivered food to your room for you. However the staff needs to improve their communication skill and knowledge. I was told that I could buy breakfast prior to the day I want the breakfast and I didn’t have to book a time slot. However when I wanted to check out I was told that I was charged the price of the breakfast that is bought on the day, not the day prior. I later talked to the staff and they understood their staffs mistake. The hotel doesn’t have dinner service I was told.

PPengguna TetamuPositives - excellent receptionist (Vipin) and without his help I would have probably checked out early. Has parking. Reasonable location and access into central Bath. Has an electric kettle and a pack of cookies.
Not so positives - In desperate need of upgrade, creaking floors, wash basin outside the bathroom. It isn’t for work related travellers as you cannot even use an iron without tripping off the entire building main switch and once that happen there is no 24 hour active reception. No fan or iron provided in room so you have to ask. Tiny computer monitor used as a make shift TV that you have to pull out of a closet. No drinking water in room. Value for money not there as many better locations available at same or lower price.
