房間整體不錯，應該剛裝修不久，挺新挺現代的，就是房間稍微小了點，然後淋浴間單獨在床對面，感覺怪怪的（因為馬桶和洗手池單獨在一進門的地方），也可能是因為老房子改造的原因（據説以前是個宮殿），早餐是美式的，每天都差不多，品種變化不大。位置不錯，能走路到大部分景點。服務人員很熱情，我們導遊在樓下等，她還主動告訴洗手間在哪裡，也主動介紹周圍情況，每次出門回來都熱情招呼。

Loved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

Отель расположен в историческом центре. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Отличные завтраки, что для Европы не характерно. Улыбчивые работники на ресепшене и в кафе. Внутри отель сохранил убранство прошлых веков. С одной стороны интересно пожить в таком историческом месте, но с др стороны он слегка подуставший и впечатление роскоши не производит. В целом пребывание оставило положительные впечатления.

Hotel location is very good. Near to bus stop for the airport, railway station, 1km to the city center Room size wide. Cleanest very good. Breakfast excellent! Definitely I will book again!

Останавливались в этой квартире в номере люкс с двумя детьми подростами. Очень красивая просторная квартира. Очень жаль что мы там были только несколько часов. Обставлена с большим вкусом, высочайшие потолки, постельное белье и полотенца были свежайшими. Хозяин заранее прислал все детали заселения, не столкнулись ни с одной проблемой. Самая лучшая оценка!

Not a hotel, more like a Bnb with limited service October 2025 We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.) Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need. Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows. To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy. Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

Great location a 15 min walk from central train station and on the waterfront. You do have to walk 10+ minutes to get to restaurants and 15+ min to the historic city center. Staff were great, taxi stand at the hotel was super convenient as was the hop on hop off and other bus stops right there. Great views of the mountains and seaside. Pool opens May 1 but you can sit poolside and enjoy the fresh air and greenery surrounding the pool. Terrific restaurant and attentive wait staff. Room was generously sized and super clean. Across street from relaxing green spaces: Villa Giulia ( free park) and Botanical Garden (7 euros)

positive. The cleanliness was excellent and the lady who took care of the room did a truly wonderful job. The young receptionist was also extremely helpful and professional. The location is very good and the breakfast was rich and of high quality. However, renovation work was taking place during all 6 days of our stay. During the last two days, the noise from compressors and drilling was quite intense and affected the comfort of our stay. Perhaps renovations ofthis kind would be better scheduled when the hotel is not hosting guests.
