Cari Hotel 4-Star di Beirut

It was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .

酒店距離海邊衹有三分鐘的路程，日之前還在擔心四百來塊的價格是不是條件會比較差，結果衞生乾淨程度出人意料的還，每個房間還有陽台，雙曾玻璃門，即便朝向馬路，隔音效果也很好。我全部給的五星，並不是説它是五星級的，而是它的位置、房間條件、服務態度都很棒，所以gei國內的朋友推薦一下。

Room was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.

The staff here made my stay very convienent and enjoyable. Always willing to help and assist. I’m totally grateful for the commitment of the hotel staff here. Also the location is the cherry on top. Perfect location.

Good value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.  Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.  Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.  A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value. 

Many thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

Многого от отеля не ожидала. Очень скромненько, нет ванных принадлежностей (шампунь итд), только гель для душа в диспенсере. Утюг пришлось просить, так как он судя по всему один на весь отель. Очень сильная влажность, постель была по ощущением всегда сырая. Просила номер для некурящих, да, на этаже было написано, что этаж не курящий. Но когда я только зашла в номер, ощущение было, что там только что покурила компания из человек 10. Так же стояла пепельница - соответственно, предполагается, что можно курить.. Постельное белье поменяли за день до отъезда. Один раз купила завтрак, тоже очень скромно, выбора нет ... Сам отель прямо в Хамре, рядом много магазинов, ресторанов, близко (пешком 15 минут) до Зайтуна Бэй. Персонал приветливый очень, всегда пожелания пытались выполнить быстро. В общем, если вы едете только спать - то вполне.

Price was so convenient and was fine for the money we paid for but when i go to Beirut will not be my first priority and will check for other options first

Basic facilities. Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness. Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control. The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night. Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7. Can order outside delivery to the room. Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
