LLuong Thi Hong NganVery good hotel and location. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms were very nice. Be aware that the low priced rooms (at least mine) had a view of a wall. The rooftop pool was great, lots of places to sit and courteous staff. Close to 5th Ave and a short walk to the beaches. I'd stay again for sure.

PPengguna Tetamu房間很寬敞，是套房，有一個簡易小廚房，可以煮點雞蛋、燒水，帶娃的家庭非常推薦。房子不是很新，酒店也不大，但是打掃得非常乾淨，服務人員也很熱情，退房以後可以一直在沙灘上待着。地理位置絕佳，離繁華主街僅一個轉角，但是晚上不吵，很安靜衹聽到海浪聲。

PPengguna Tetamu6月に3泊宿泊しました。雨季のためか海は藻がたくさんで入れませんでしたが、人も多すぎずプールでゆっくり寛げました。キンタアベニーダにも近いので、ホテルライフの合間にちょっと街ブラを楽しんだりもできます。ビュッフェ、ディナーレストランが3件、カフェやプールバーがあり、アクティビティで朝ヨガやショーもあり、色々楽しめました。オーシャンビューで予約しましたがほぼ海が見えなかったので、部屋から海をみたい場合はシーフロントなどで予約した方がよいかもです。

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is perfectly located on a block away from the main *****. You can hear the music carry over from nearby bars but that didn’t bother me, it’s expected in a location like this. Upon checking in they give you a tv remote and tell you not to move the thermostat. The AC was fixed to run all night and did not have an automatic feature, so it made for extremely cold nights.
The reason I lowered the rating is the customer service. You are given only two towels and there was no hand towels at all. I tried calling the front desk but nobody answered the 6 times I called. I had to go down and grab one myself where I was asked to sign one out. No big deal. However, the following day housekeeping took this towel and never replaced it. I hope I don’t get charged for a small hand towel

Pls improve house telephone response system.
Also there sud not be any rationing on drinking water and coffee pods
Only one coffee pod and limited nos of water bottles in a luxury resort is not expected !

PPengguna Tanpa NamaUnfortunately, the stay was disappointing because the room category I had booked and which was more expensive was not available when I checked in. The room I was assigned afterwards was so loud that I asked to be changed because it was impossible to sleep. The staff claimed that the hotel was fully booked, but rooms were available to book on various booking platforms! Strange.

NNikkilaoshiLocation is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.

KKlattThis AWESOME hotel is so much better than 4 stars! The love of my life and I were greeted by the most wonderful check in host! Her name is Lupita! She was so sweet and kind and made checkin the most pleasant ever! Words alone cannot even describe our room! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were looking for a beachfront property with also a nice pool and the rooftop pool and restaurant here also deserves 6 stars! If you are a couple you are wasting your time by staying anywhere else but here in Playa Del Carmen!
