とにかく、ロケーションが良いんです…ショッピングセンターまで、数分で、前には、ウィローという素敵なレストランもあります。

While the rooms were clean, the bar was sticky as were the tables. The cigarette bins weren’t emptied and one consequently caught on fire. The fire was put out but the bins remained full. Clean the bar and tables as everyone was talking about how sticky everything was. Other than that, great staff, clean room. Trentham Gardens right opposite the hotel is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

We stayed overnight after visiting the Trentham Gardens festive light trail and what a good decision it was. The rooms have been refurbished and are large, modern and only a short walk from the Trentham village with free parking. We chose to eat dinner and breakfast in the Trentham village instead of the hotel restaurant which again differentiated it from a normal Premier Inn visit. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Hotel was lovely and clean, we had 3 rooms due to big party of us. Which were all together too. Only thing that let it down was breakfast in the morning…the lady in charge (don’t know her name) dressed in a suit separately to the others so guessing she was in charge was very arsey and rude huffing and puffing when we asked for a table for 9. She tried to refuse us entry due to them being busy in the restaurant. They eventually said could go in after much hassle but refused to pull tables together to let us all eat together, we had to sit separately.. although there was plenty of room to pull table’s together. I get the feeling she couldn’t be bothered to pull tables! Later I made a brew and found the milk was off (lumpy) and got sighed at for asking for it to be changed! 🤦🏼♀️ rudeness at it’s finest!!

The hotel was so clean. The bathroom was spotless and there is a blue light so if you need to use it in the night you don’t wake everyone else up. The heating work perfectly in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be going back next year

Great location to visit son at uni and also very accessible to attractions such as Trentham estate. Room very clean and warm, staff very accommodating and good choice of food and a very reasonable price. Did like the premier plus with additional coffee pod.

The beds are always the best I’ve slept in by far and I’ve travelled the world. Your staff are exemplary and so accommodating. Premier Inn Trentham Gardens is by far the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. I’ve visited many and I always love returning - the current stay was my 3rd!

Staying here over the weekend 29th Dec to the 1st Dec.Im recovering from cancer treatment that has affected my mobility.We called in early to see what room I had been allocated.I can't get in and out of a bath.Leanne on the desk is an absolute asset to your company.She sorted us a room out with walk on shower.It was very busy ,she was working reception and the bar.Very calm under pressure and smiling.(im sure she didn't feel like that ).She was very professional 👏Thank you Leanne ..Will definitely be back .

Great place to stay along with location. Annual shopping stayover so have stayed before. Always a pleasant experience, confortable with helpful pleasant staff Very nice experience with nice food & hospitality. Food offer is very good with nice selections. Defo stay again
