Best Western Sunrise Inn Suites

Excellent. Beds very comfortable. The only thing was the hot tub.. water was very dirty. Otherwise great stay!

Enjoyed our stay in the property, very clean , safe and comfortable. Had spent 3 nights with my family to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday....very nice hotel.

Even being right off the main road you could barely hear the traffic. The hotel overall was very nice. 2 small things is our room was literally right beside the elevators and everytime someone pushed the button it would make a noise I could hear from inside my room. The other is that every rooms door seemed to slam shut if you didn’t try to close it softly yourself.

The hotel was perfect. Location and surrounding restaurants near by. Excellent route straight into west Edmonton Mall. Room was excellent. Pool was nice. Breakfast had a variety of choices and delicious!

Always enjoy our stay here. Had a small setback and asked for a late checkout since we didn’t get in until 3am. They gave us an extra 30mins. Aside from that it was a good stay. We will be back. Just hopefully won’t have issues in future travels.

It's about 25 mins from West Edmonton mall. The kids loved the pool! Breakfast was great! Staff were all nice and friendly. The floor in our room is a bit squeky though. But overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Toilet wasn’t working, had to take lid off every time you flushed to get the tank to refill with water. Room heater not working, woke in the middle of the night to freezing cold room. Over all very disappointed as this is not what we are used to when it comes to this hotel.

The rooms were very clean. The pool was awesome for kids and young kids- also very clean. Service was great! Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

This was our second times trying here and we LOVED it last year. This year was quite disappointing. The staff at check in were terrible, rude and not accommodating at all regarding our group booking requests that were communicated to the 1 month prior at the time of booking. There was food floating in the pool and the water was filthy. Additionally, not once we’re there towels available at the pool and when we asked all 3 times we were told they had none for us. The next day the breakfast staff and front desk staff were great which is the one of the reasons they’re not getting a 1 star review. The rooms are great for the price. Of the two times we’ve stayed here this is the first time we’ve experienced such terrible front desk service. Hopefully if we choose to stay again the very rude duo at the desk are not there.
