Hotel 4 bintang Stuttgart

House keeping often doesn’t make the room. In several instances the room was not made upon my return in the late afternoon (I am usually gone for the day when k stay there) and that was after asking the reception housekeeping could come while I was gone. Their customer service needs to step up.

Positive: Nice, modern and high quality furniture, great location in the city center. Negative: No air conditioning, front desk only available limited hours, smelly shower even after using it for 2 days, booked apartment for 2 people but only got one towel and one blanket - when calling in the afternoon the second day, was rudely told ”Should have called earlier, staff is not on site anymore” - how about you do your job right? Booking confirmation clearly showed two guests! So despite paying extra (same apartment for 2 people has extra charge), still only had one towel and one small blanket we had to share side-ways leaving either top or bottom half of our bodies exposed both nights we stayed. Also: Their website states ”Direct access to the fitness and wellness area” - but accessing those at the hotel costs 25€ extra per person, per day. Had also booked parking in advance, were told by staff we could only use the parking system when they were around to explain the procedure - since we did not want to change our schedule for that, had to find parking elsewhere. Were glad to leave despite the stylish and cozy interior. Definitely not returning.

服務ok，早餐豐富。但是客房要下電梯，再經過一條很長的通道，再上電梯，有行李很麻煩。加上客房是狹長型的，從前台到房間要走很多的路。 好了，重點來了，不知道其他住客是怎麼樣的，反正我也確實分配到了評論裏的墓地景觀房，拉開窗帘給我嚇得一激靈。

這個飯店有兩個優點：位置、早餐；這也是我再回來的原因。 但是這次我德瑞旅行中，很可惜的感覺不會很好。 最重要的是櫃臺有一個中年帶眼睛的矮個男子，我覺得他有一點種族岐視（他會拿你的英文來開玩笑），我們應該善待旅行者，更何況我們是來付錢的。 我覺得很可惜，一個好好的飯店，一個好好的旅行，會讓人失望難過，連早餐的光彩都暗淡了。 很難過的說；我不會再去一個種族歧視的飯店了。

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in a deluxe double with breakfast included. I chose this hotel based on its location near Stuttgart Hbf and reviews. My reason for visiting Stuttgart was to visit the Mercedes Benz and Porsche Museums. They were well worth the visit. Otherwise, Stuttgart is pleasant but rather short on special attractions, unless you are into shopping, because there are a lot of shops! Arrival at the Stuttgart Hbf was a bit of a surprise because it is a mess due to a major reconstruction being underway. The hotel is within walking distance but if you use Google Maps, do not take its recommended route to the hotel because it involves a ton of steps. Instead, follow the signs out to the S trains, cross the main street and walk a block up either Konigstrasse or Lautenschlagerstrasse and then turn right onto Kronenstrasse and follow that until you get to the hotel. Check in time is a late 4pm. I arrived at 2.30pm and was accommodated immediately. May not always happen of course but this was appreciated. The room was lovely. Large - with a separate seating area - clean, very well equipped, light - overlooking a large central courtyard - and quiet. Had a fridge and large tv (could not find any English language stations however). No tea and coffee making facilities. Very comfy bed. The breakfast room was large and overlooking a central garden and there was a wide selection of food. There was a separate residents' lounge on level 1, a bar adjacent to the breakfast room and 24hr reception. Wifi was healthy. I would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit Stuttgart.

You’ll never find nicer people working in a hotel than the people here. And the rooms are great. Perfect bed. I have neck pain since a couple of weeks and last night was the first time I slept pain free! The pillows are fluffy, the coffee machine is great - the location. I don’t know what else to say to make it sound real :) but I’ve been here a few times now and I never regret it. Funny how other hotels here in the city are ranked on the same level but the rooms are way below the standard of Jaz and the staff doesn’t compare.

Das Hotel zur Weinsteige ist zentral gelegen. 15 Min Fussmarsch zum Neuen Schloss (Fussgängerzone). Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. Diese ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sucht seines gleichen. Der Check In war freundlich und unproblematisch. Die Garage befindet sich direkt hinter dem Hof. Leider ist das Hotel von Baustellen umgeben (dies wurde bei der Buchung leider nicht mitgeteilt). Zum Glück war am nächsten Tag Feiertag und wir blieben frühs von Baulärm verschont. Dafür hörte man leider den Wasserfall des Koi Teichs direkt vor der Suite. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem und in der Breite gerade noch so ausreichend (ist leider den historischen Möbeln geschuldet). Es gab einen Obstteller und eine Fl. Wasser gratis auf dem Zimmer. Der W-Lan Empfang war sehr gut (inkl.). Beim Fernseher störte es etwas, dass das TV Gerät jeden Senderwechsel den man tätigte lautstark ansagte. Die Suite war sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Ein Lob an das Housekeeping. Beim Frühstück wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient (da schaut man dann auch gerne über den einen oder anderen Servicepatzer hinweg). Wir konnten einen Tag vorher zwischen drei verschiedenen Frühstücksvarianten auswählen. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen

Von der Rezeption über einen Mini-Fitness zum stillgelegten Pool zu einem extrem schlechten Zimmerservice, furchtbarer Deko und Hellhörigkeit kann man vom Adina Stuttgart nur abraten. Es gab dennoch zwei Lichtblicke. Einen kompetenten und coolen Barkeeper und die durchdachte Küchenmesser. Im Einzelnen: schon beim Empfang wird man von einer äußerst unfreundlichen und noch dazu inkompetenten Mitarbeiterin begrüßt (Wiedererkennung schwarze Haare) , kein Lächeln, keine Erläuterung, keine Prüfung der Unterlagen. Einfach nur unfreundlich. Dann bekommt man das kleinste Zimmer, obwohl man eine ganze Woche gebucht hat (Tipp die Zimmer ”11” sind viel kleiner als die anderen, vor allem das Bad, am rmeiden. Im Fitness gibt es kein Wasser, bzw der Wasserspender ist kaputt, es liegt im UG und ist ziemlich schwach ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wegen technischer Probleme stillgelegt. Wir sind dann nach zwei Nächten in ein größeres Zimmer umgezogen, was nur gelang, weil sich jemand aus dem Management darum gekümmert hat. Der Zimmerservice ist eine Fremdfirma, die das Bett ungefähr so machen wie ein 5 jähriges Kind. Im Schrank lag eine Socke vom Vorgänger. Von Reinigen würde ich nicht sprechen. Die bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt, obwohl das angeblich alle drei Tage geschehen soll. Man kann ja nicht allem hinterherrennen. Die Haustechnik ist nicht ausgereift. Es gab nachts um 2:00 Uhr einen Fehlalarm, keine Entschuldigung vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind für einen Neubau auch noch hellhörig. Den Vogel schießen dann noch irgendwelche komischen Bilder -siehe Fotos - ab, die wohl aus einem Vorschulprojekt stammen. Naja, wir sind froh, dass wir wieder abreisen. Das Adina Stuttgart muss auf uns verzichten. Achtung: falls der Safe verschlossen ist, könnte das ein Trick sein, damit man Geld oder Wertdachen erst einmal so im Zimmer lässt.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and are just meant to be in hospitality. Two extraordinary individuals stuck out to my family and I - Sarina merz - front desk and Sophia Armandine - host. Thank you for the excellent Germany experience and warm hospitality daily. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)
