My daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.

Sind in den letzten Jahren gelegentlich hier gewesen. Unter neuem Namen hat sich nicht so viel verändert. Die Reservierung klappt wie immer perfekt. Wenn keine Großveranstaltungen in der Gegend stattfinden, sind günstige Preise und Angebote verfügbar. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto in die Tiefgarage geht gut, dann muss man allerdings in der riesigen Tiefgarage des Einkaufszentrums den richtigen Ausgang finden. Das Hotel ist nicht zentral in Stuttgart, sondern im Vorort, die Anbindung mit der S-Bahn (5-10 min Fußweg) ist auch abends gut. Empfang und check-in schnell, höflich, unkompliziert. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, und funktionell, aber kein Luxus. Manche Zimmer zur Hauptstraße können bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut sein. Zur anderen Seite schläft man aber sehr ruhig. Im Sommer kann es in den Zimmern je nach Lage und Sonneneinstrahlung auch warm werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer sehr gut, zur Zeit wird die Auswahl durch die Gesundheitslage deutlich eingeschränkt, aber immer noch ist die Qualität akzeptabel. Wer sich der Lage bewusst ist, für den ist die Übernachtung hier ihren Preis wert.

Possibilité de faire le Check in à une borne à l’entrée en fonction de l’heure d’arrivée et pas de Check out . Dans la chambre, on peut régler soi même le chauffage/climatisation. Parking gratuit dans la rue ou parking de l’hôtel à 6€ par jour . Petit déjeuner à 10.50€ mais pas testé. Il y a un supermarché à proximité. Bref un très bon choix 👍

Dichtbij de snelweg, dat is fijn als je op doorreis bent. Verder was er te weinig personeel en veel te veel gasten om te eten in het restaurant. Daardoor werden we kortaf en onvriendelijk behandeld. Eten was zeer goed. Na het eten werden we genegeerd. Toen we nog koffie met apfelstrudel wilden bestellen kon dat niet meer, keuken gesloten. Koffie kon wel. Toen we na de koffie nog wat te drinken wilden bestellen werd er kortaf gereageerd dat dat wel de laatste ronde was. Ze gingen om 22 uur sluiten, had niemand ons vertelt. Kamer was goed, bedden lagen prima, badkamer eenvoudig. Onze vrienden hadden een vele kleinere kamer ergens in de hoek van het hotel met een badkamer waar je je nog amper kon omdraaien. Douchegordijn wat aan je lijf plakt als je doucht. Niet hygiënisch. Naast het bed was amper plaats om te staan. Deze kamer was het geld niet waard vergeleken met die van ons.

Praktisch und gut (genug) für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen. Positiv: Das B&B Konzept und die freundliche Dame am Empfang sowie die gute Lage am Stuttgarter Flughafen, fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Zimmer dennoch ruhig. Negativ: wir hatten als Familie mit Kindern zwei Zimmer gebucht, diese lagen dann aber trotz entsprechender Bitte auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Schade. Lange Wartezeit beim Einchecken. Fußboden im Bad war unter dem WC nicht komplett sauber. Deshalb nur drei Punkte, sonst eher vier oder fünf.

We loved this hotel in park like setting. Great location for us in Mohringen Stuttgart. This is a bit far from downtown Stuttgart but worth the trip to stay here. We had a car for most of the stay, easy access to highways for day trips. Train about 3 block walk away, 2 stops, transfer to direct line to downtown Stuttgart and Central Station. Had a suite, big room, nice balcony, nice view, comfortable bed and great water pressure. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room stayed pretty comfortable even in 80+ degree weather. Breakfast at $16 was very good with lots of choices and champagne included. Bar was busy every night, great drinks and provided blankets if you got cold sitting outside. Did not find any restaurants really close by, but many good choices about 1-2 miles. The setting of the hotel was amazing. Park like setting with all rooms facing that way. Loads of beautiful walking paths through fields. Went 7 miles a couple of days, felt totally safe as female by myself. Huge supermarket 1 mile walking or two train stops. If you go to Stuttgart this is a great, reasonably priced hotel away from downtown but well worth the distance for a quiet, serene setting with great staff.

We spent two nights in this hotel in one of the suburbs/villages of Stuttgart. The hotel is fairly easy to reach by public transport (U- or S-bahn) and a short (5min) walk and is located in a quiet office area. After having checked in, we were given a room but when we arrived at the room the bathroom was full of dirty towels, so we went back to reception and were given another room. This second room was clean from the inside, but its balcony was dirty, including a dirty ashtray. In fact, we would prefer to not have any ashtrays at all, also not on balconies (as smoke from one balcony can still easily blow into a neighbouring room). After some time, our balcony was cleaned though. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the airco worked well without making too much noise. Staff were friendly and helpful, but at times it felt like the hotel was understaffed (for example reception was often not staffed, also during the day). We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was okay with a reasonable selection of foods and drinks. It would have been nice if there had been a bit more choice of food and drink items, including some more local specialties. A nice gesture was that all guests received complimentary ice-creams upon check-in.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden, die richtige Wassertemperatur in der Dusche lässt sich nur schwer einstellen. Aber für eine Nacht eigentlich ausreichend. Nun aber zu einem großen Kritikpunkt. Nachts um 3 Uhr ist ein Mann mit einem Schlüssel (ohne zu klopfen o. ä.) einfach in unser Zimmer gekommen. Als mein Mann dann eine Brüll von sich gelassen hat ist er wieder raus. Nun stellt sich uns doch die Frage, was wollte er? Zumal ich als Frau eingecheckt habe und mein Mann nicht auf dem Anmeldebogen vermerkt war (auch wenn wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben). Am nächsten Morgen wollte wir dann den Hotelchef sprechen, er war allerdings an einem Samstagmorgen nicht da. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte uns, dass uns wohl nur ein Schlüssel von zweien ausgehändigt wurden. Der zweite Schlüssel lag in einem Schlüsselfach unmittelbar auf dem Tresen für jeden zugänglich und mit Zimmernummer versehen. Nachdem wir sagten, dies sei aber ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko, meinte sie nur sie wären im Umbau und würden demnächst auf Codekarten umsteigen. Der Fall lässt sich nicht klären und es kam auch zu keinerlei Rückfragen der Hotelleitung. Für mich sieht es nach ziemlichem Desinteresse aus. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall mehr buchen. Der Zustand des Hotels finde ich nicht ganz so schlimm, Hauptsache es ist sauber aber ich möchte mich auch in einem Hotel sicher fühlen können und das ist hier nicht der Fall.
