Hotel Sugar Land dengan Kolam Renang

The shower wouldn’t drain; the phone in the room didn’t work to contact the front desk, so I had to call from my cellphone. I was told maintenance would be on the way. Needless to say no one showed up. We had to wait 35 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower.

I truly enjoy my stay at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land Hotel. I have had the opportunity to stay there a couple times now for business purposes, and I will definitely be back many times for work travel. I plan to stay at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land each time as I appreciate the staff, the kindness, the communication, and the overall atmosphere. I also truly love the rooms as they are so comfortable. I have to personally thank Nicole who has gone above and beyond to assist me with my stays each time. She has been extremely helpful with my bookings, and ensuring I am taken care of as a guest. Nicole is very professional, courteous, and thorough in all she does. Nicole goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests are comfortable and happy. Nicole exemplifies the values of integrity, communication, compassion, care, teamwork, and professionalism. She is an amazing asset to the Houston Marriott Sugar Land Team, and they are lucky to have her.

My husband and I had a great stay here at the Springhill in Sugarland. We came to check out the area beacuase we are moving down here from New England. After a few nights, our flight was cancelled several times because if the storm. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and professional while dealing with us having to extend our stay. They have all worked tirelessly night and day to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Shout out to the entire crew for their friendliness and professionalism during these rough times. We are specifically thankful for Veronica (front desk girl). She was extremely helpful and friendly and was willing to help with whatever the need was. While hanging out in the lobby we witnessed how the crew dealt with isssue that arose and were highly impressed by the entire staff. They all deserve praises and raises for their hard work. This is hands down the best hotel in the Sugar Land area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable during our sports trip with friends. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is ideal, with great restaurants nearby. Whenever we’re in Sugar Land, this will be our go-to hotel. I highly recommend it, not just for sports teams, but for families as well—an all-around outstanding experience!
