Saya baru-baru ini menginap di hotel ini dan mengalami keseluruhan pengalaman yang menyenangkan, terutamanya disebabkan oleh kakitangan yang sangat ramah dan mesra. Walau bagaimanapun, saya akan menilai penginapan saya 6/10, kerana terdapat beberapa kawasan yang memerlukan penambahbaikan.
Pengalaman Kolam Renang: Walaupun kami mematuhi peraturan memakai topi renang, topi yang disediakan telah digunakan semula, masih basah dan mempunyai bau yang tidak menyenangkan. Ini agak tidak bersih dan harus ditangani.
Polisi Tuala: Kami dikehendaki mendaftar apabila memasuki kolam renang, yang tidak mengapa. Walau bagaimanapun, sekatan untuk membawa balik tuala ke bilik hotel adalah menyusahkan, kerana kami terpaksa memulangkannya semasa masih basah.

Lokasi sangat strategik, dan proses daftar masuk juga mudah. Kaunter pendaftaran terletak di lobi tingkat bawah. Hanya selang dua jalan, anda sudah akan dapati pelbagai kafe dan restoran. Secara keseluruhan, pangsapuri ini sebenarnya agak baik. Kebersihan bilik biasa-biasa saja. Salah satu penyaman udara tidak berfungsi; seorang juruteknik datang untuk membaiki dan didapati alat kawalan jauhnya yang rosak. Terdapat dua saluran air, tetapi salah satunya tidak berfungsi dan menyebabkan saliran air sangat perlahan. Saya telah maklumkan kepada kakitangan khidmat pelanggan dan mereka kata akan hantar orang baiki, namun saya rasa ia tidak mungkin dapat diperbaiki. Lagipun, sudah terlalu lewat dan kami pun ingin berehat, jadi saya biarkan saja. Selain itu, bunyi unit luar pendingin hawa pula sangat bising. Ini memang sangat mengganggu bagi mereka yang tidurnya tidak lena. Lain-lain semuanya okay, anak-anak suka kolam renang infiniti. Nilai untuk wang agak berbaloi.
Hotel wangi, bilik wangi jugak, tak ada bau perabot lama sbb perabot pun kira jenis up to date. Nak ke bandar melaka dalam 15 minit, pantai klebang dalam 30min. Kalau tak jem maybe boleh reach awal lagi. Area sini kurang kedai makan melayu, mostly chinese food. Swimming pool dia okay not too big and not too small, lepastu hotel ni kalau couple sesuai, if dengan kawan mcm tak sebab pintu toilet tak bole lock pun and kaca can see through bawah tu haha. Overall is okay!

Overall, the stay was good, but the handling of an accident involving the room key was very unprofessional.
I accidentally left the room key (only one set was provided) inside the room. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service staff seemed more focused on blaming me rather than helping to resolve the situation. The incident happened around 6pm. Initially, I was told that a staff member would come over, and I was even asked to prepare a tip for the assistance—which I didn’t mind, as I just wanted the issue resolved so I could have peace of mind for dinner.
However, things did not go as promised. I was told to go out first and wait to be contacted when the staff was about to arrive. I went to a nearby shop for dinner and waited, but as expected, no update came. I tried messaging and calling multiple times, but there was no response.
After some time, another staff member messaged in the WhatsApp group, suggesting that I go for a walk while they arranged for someone to enter the room to look for the key without my presence. I was not entirely comfortable with this, but I agreed as I had little choice.
At around 9pm, the customer service staff contacted me again to ask where I might have dropped the key. I politely suggested checking the living room floor area. Unfortunately, the reply I received was sarcastic, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.
To keep it brief, while the property itself was fine, the customer service was unfriendly and the handling of the situation was disappointing.

Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat hebat! Sudah tentu, citarasa setiap orang berbeza. Kemudahan bilik agak baik, katil sangat selesa dan kalis bunyi. Saya membeli bilik pemandangan dalaman kerana harga yang lebih murah, jadi tidak dapat melihat kolam renang atau laut, tetapi untuk satu malam rehat, tidaklah terlalu cerewet. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan pelbagai tarikan di bandar, boleh berjalan kaki. Kakitangan meja depan dan lobi hotel sangat prihatin dan mesra. Terdapat 7-Eleven di tingkat bawah, dan FamilyMart di pusat membeli-belah bersebelahan, sangat mudah. Terdapat kedai H.M. di tingkat bawah hotel yang menawarkan banyak diskaun. Saya terjumpa kedai itu tetapi tidak sempat membeli kerana tergesa-gesa mengejar kereta api, jadi jimatlah. Saya tiba di sini dengan bas 707 dari Singapura. Hotel Hatten selalu menjadi salah satu perhentian, perjalanannya sangat lancar. Secara keseluruhannya, hotel ini amat disyorkan. Saya tidak terbiasa mengambil gambar bilik hotel, jadi saya akan kongsikan beberapa tarikan yang boleh dicapai dalam masa kira-kira sepuluh minit berjalan kaki.

Jumpa permata di Melaka! Hotel Cina yang baru buka 9 hari ni memang terbaik gila! Fasiliti baru semua, tak ada bau busuk, bilik bersih berkilat, cadar lembut selesa, senyap sampai boleh tidur lena semalaman, semua penat perjalanan hilang! Paling best, bos dia orang Guangxi, peramah dan ikhlas, bagi panduan sepanjang masa, siap kongsi tips tempat menarik yang tak ramai tahu. Servis memang terbaik, rasa macam kenal dah lama! Lokasi pun senang nak bergerak, selesa dan selamat, memang berbaloi sangat! Dah rekomen kat kawan-kawan yang lain, next time datang Melaka confirm akan stay sini lagi, 5 bintang memang sangat disyorkan untuk semua kawan-kawan yang melancong!

Seluruh hotel penuh dengan ***a Nanyang. Bilik triple untuk perjalanan keluarga adalah sangat baik dari segi lokasi, kebersihan dan perkhidmatan. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah bilik itu sangat pelik. Pertama, tiada tingkap biasa, hanya tingkap teres. Ini bukan masalah utama. Apabila tidur pada waktu malam, selepas menutup langsir teres, masih ada cahaya di antara pintu dan tingkap teres, yang menjejaskan tidur. Selain itu, bilik mandi di dalam bilik telah disediakan. Jika seseorang pergi ke bilik air pada waktu malam, cahaya akan memberi kesan yang lebih besar kepada tidur. Di samping itu, sejujurnya, penebat bunyi beberapa bilik tidak begitu baik. Kebisingan dari jiran, koridor, dan tingkat atas akan mempengaruhinya.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Baba House Melaka! The hotel beautifully combines Peranakan heritage with modern comfort, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The location is excellent—within walking distance of Jonker Street, popular attractions, cafés, and local food spots. We especially enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and the hotel’s heritage-inspired design, which made our stay feel truly special.
Thank you to the entire team at Baba House for the warm hospitality. We had a memorable family vacation and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Melaka. Highly recommended!
WWyman.HI purposely booked Parkroyal A'Famosa Melaka Resort for my wedding anniversary because of the brand’s reputation, hoping to give my wife a memorable celebration. I explicitly noted the special occasion during booking and requested a room with a nice view. Unfortunately, the entire experience fell completely short of 5-star expectations.
While I understand it is peak season and mistakes happen with high occupancy, the consecutive failures from the staff were unacceptable:
1)Room Assignment & Basic Amenities: Despite the anniversary note, we were assigned the second-to-last room furthest from the lobby with no special view. Worse, basic room setup was neglected—the vanity only had a single toothpaste and lacked standard essential amenities.
2) Broken Promises for Anniversary Decor: During check-in, the counter staff specifically asked what time we would be out for dinner so they could decorate our room. We told them we would be out from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We returned at 7:30 PM to find absolutely nothing had been done. If the hotel had no intention or capacity to prepare a gesture, the staff should never have made the offer. Setting expectations in front of my wife and completely failing to deliver was incredibly embarrassing and ruined the evening's mood.
3) Appalling Concierge & Shuttle Service: Wanting to take the family out for dinner, we approached the concierge for the shuttle bus to the nearby outlet. We were told to wait ”a few minutes.” We waited 20 minutes, asked again, and were told ”another 5 minutes,” followed by yet another ”5 minutes.” After being strung along for nearly half an hour with an 8-month-old baby and elderly family in tow, I grew fed up, lost patience, and had to drive my own vehicle out instead.
As an international hospitality brand, managing peak periods should be standard. Promising gestures to guests only to completely ignore them shows a severe lack of internal communication and care. This has severely tarnished what was supposed to be a special celebration for my family.

Overall, it's a good hotel. However, the front desk staff were a bit indifferent, which was a significant drawback. Hotel staff, especially at the front desk in a tourist city, should be more welcoming.
RRozzana BoniarI recently stayed at Birkin International Hotel Malacca and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel feels modern, clean, and comfortable from the moment you walk into the lobby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay.
The room was spacious, well-maintained, and nicely designed with comfortable bedding and good sound insulation, which made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Malacca. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with essential amenities. Parking was also convenient and easily accessible.
The breakfast selection was decent with both local and international choices. The dining area was clean and organized, though it could get slightly crowded during peak hours. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and gym were well-kept and suitable for families and business travelers alike.
Overall, Birkin International Hotel Malacca offers good value for money with comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a convenient location. I would recommend it to travelers visiting Malacca for either business or leisure, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
FFaris SyafiqI love the location but hotel is quite noise during my stay, because of the window handle is broken since I checked in so the traffic noise is entering the small open window...the refrigerator is not working at all, luckily we only stay at the hotel for 1 night only if we stay for more than 1 night I will ask to change the minibar...the food breakfast are not variety also have to wait more than 30min for main dish,the sambal nasi lemak are undercooked and I had stomachache after I eat nasi lemak. This will be the first and last we stay at estadia please make an improvement...
GGuest UserRoom is a bit old. No hair conditioner was provided. We had to buy from stores. The master switch doesn’t work. We had to pull out the key fm the slot in order to hv all lights off but our phone couldn’t be charged because of that. Otherwise the staff throughout are all very friendly. Nice sea view
CChikibumbum92This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time was very disappointing.
1. Check-in
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. I had requested a Queen Bed room instead of Twin Beds. However, I was informed that because my booking was made at the last minute (one day before check-in), only a Twin Bed room was available as all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the room provided.
2. Room Condition
Upon entering the room, the first issue we noticed was the air conditioning. Despite setting the fan speed to high, the room remained warm and the air conditioner was not cooling properly.
3. Bathroom
There appeared to be a blockage beneath the sink, as water was pooling around the sink and toilet area. In addition, the shower holder was broken while we were using the shower. We chose not to complain and continued our stay.
4. Room Door & Bathroom Door
The bathroom door could not be closed properly unless it was pulled and pushed firmly. The more serious issue occurred the next morning after breakfast when our room door became stuck and could not be opened.
We contacted maintenance, and the team arrived to inspect the problem. From approximately 8:00 AM onwards, we were unable to access our room. Around 8:30 AM, the maintenance team requested approval from the Front Office to move us to another room because the repair would require additional time. However, they informed that changing rooms would incur an additional charge because we were checking out on the same day.
I strongly disagree with this decision. From 8:30 AM until our checkout time at 12:00/12:30 PM, we were still paying guests of the hotel. The room issue was caused by a defect on the hotel’s side, and guests should not be charged extra to move rooms due to problems beyond their control.
The Most Disappointing Part
During check-in, we were informed that no Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms were available. However, while the maintenance team was accessing our room through the connecting room next door, we discovered that the adjacent room was vacant and equipped with a Queen Bed.
If the actual reason was that the room was unavailable due to maintenance, it would have been more professional and honest to explain that from the beginning rather than simply saying all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied.
This experience has left us very disappointed. Every time we visit Melaka, this hotel has always been our preferred choice. However, after this stay, we have decided not to return.
I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff during check-in, but I sincerely hope the hotel will improve both its facilities and service standards. Thank you.

Cleanliness is maintained at a moderate level. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which adds to the overall experience. The highlight of the stay is the FunPlay water park—kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would likely visit again.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The remote control had no battery, which made it inconvenient to use. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Also, there was some trash left inside the fridge, so cleanliness could be improved a little more.

the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy.
However, there were several issues during our stay
Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned.
Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently.
Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.
