Khan Saray

Stayed two nights. Located inside a mall with quite a bit of noise from the street. Upon check-in, we got only one key card for two people (why don't they provide two to begin with?) and, when we asked for a second key, were told to come back later because they were busy. It took two more trips to the front desk to get a second working key, as the first time the key didn't work. The room door couldn't be secured from the inside, as the deadbolt was misaligned and the latch broken. Minimal room amenities (safe too small for a laptop, no electric kettle). The night lamp had a burned-out light bulb. Reasonably comfortable beds, but only one pillow each and no extra pillows. Sufficient number of power sockets. Tiny bathroom with no shelf space. Small shower with good water pressure, but barely lukewarm water. There was a 20-cm gap between the bott9m of the shower curtain and the floor, and it was impossible to shower without getting the floor wet. Wifi was very slow, required repeat sign-in, and didn't automatically reconnect after the frequent brief power outages common in the area. Breakfast buffet with limited selection.
