Sampai awal mintak req check in awal tidak boleh kena tunggu pukul 2 petang tapi tak pe nak buat macam mana syaratnya macam tu, dapat bilik tingkat atas letih naik tangga,kebersihan bilik ok la bersih,tapi pintu slash rosak.

Bilik & kemudahannya bagus, mengikut lokasi dan tempat-tempat terdekat seperti pusat membeli-belah atau kedai berdekatan, tetapi memandangkan saya menginap semasa musim perayaan, saya berasa agak pelik. Penyambut tetamu tidak berada di meja pada kebanyakan masa, dan menghadapi kesukaran untuk dihubungi dari bilik. Secara keseluruhan, hanya bagus untuk penginapan bajet..

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the professionalism displayed by your team. In particular, I would like to commend En. Zul, Ms. Yanti and the day shift team for their outstanding assistance. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, addressing all my needs promptly and with a smile. Their helpfulness and dedication truly made my stay memorable. Despite the satisfactory facilities, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by some of the staff, especially the night staff, I found their attitude unfriendly and unhelpful, which affected my overall experience.
