Hotel Sunnyvale dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We booked a 2 night stay. First night was good. We went to our sporting event and parked the car. We were assaulted with extremely LOUD mariachi music when we exited the car. A small room off the check in counter had a 5 piece band blasting. Some sort of party. A trombone, tuba, trumpet, drums, and singer with a PA system. The whole courtyard was enveloped with loud music. We got to our room and the closed balcony door (off courtyard) was letting the music enter badly. Went on from 6pm to 10 pm and wrecked my Sunday night football on TV. We asked for a 1/2 night refund and was denied due to ”no cancellations or refunds” clause. We were just asking for justice of $44 for the defective night/stay. You should RUN AWAY from this place. Not a big facility for renting a room out. A different large HOTEL would have a banquet room for bands, but this place cannot handle this type of party rental. Take your chances???????????????????????? WAS NOT DISCLOSEDTO TO US THAT THERE WOULD BE LOUD MUSIC OR PARTY AT ANY TIME. PS we have complete proof on a cell phone video.

Just stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Male Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Water bottles were offered every time we saw him. Variety of breakfast selections. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. We needed more towels - towels received. Pull-out couch mattress was a little lumpy but was do-able for our 16 yr old son. Would have liked a little more light in the rooms, but opening the shades really helped. Loved the kitchenette with all the dishes, pans and silverware provided. Loved the pocket door to 'close off' the shower/toilet from the sink, and the additional full mirror in the bathroom sink area, so 3 people could be using the bathroom area at the same time. Overall, a nice setting with extremely friendly people. Very good price. We spun the Marriott Points wheel at the front desk. Just a fun, unexpected perk from this nice hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and would have been an amazing stay sadly the lights by the bed were not working and the fireplace was not working as well.

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!

I stayed for one night as a halfway point to a camping trip. The hotel lobby is nice and has a great smell to it. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, etc. the room was nice and spacious. Mine had a sleep number bed which was great for me as a stomach sleeper being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The room was clean, but you can tell it needs a good deep cleaning of the carpets and scuff marks on the walls and furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The walls are thin and you could hear kids running through the hall and yelling. There was plenty of parking. It was $12. I didn’t get to try the bar or restaurant because I went to the nearby mall instead to shop. All in all, I had a great stay and would come back again.

Had a canceled flight so needed a one-night stay. Booked here for price not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised. Amazing front desk managers who really care, friendly housekeeping staff too. Insanely clean room! The bathroom was gleaming it was so clean. Room was very comfortable and so were the beds. Close to airport. Not within walking distance to too much shops or restaurants (McDonalds and Burger King) only disappointment for me. Wonderful little patio out front with tables and chairs to sit and relax. Loved that!

I stayed at this hotel for business for one night. The Aloft Sunnyvale Hotel was modern and chic in style. I liked how there were different colored lights on the lobby floor. I drive to this location but coming here at night, the environment felt suspicious. There were some people circling around the parking lot staring. It didn’t feel safe at night. The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. They led me to a spacious room that had a fantastic bedding. The TV for some reason didn’t work and when I tried calling front desk, the phone didn’t work either. The TV remote had some odd water residue and I surely don’t want to know what it is. There could be a bit of better cleaning in here. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The W XYZ Bar was quiet. The lobby has some outlets if you need to do some work. The hotel itself is in steps with downtown Sunnyvale where you can get your local eats. The location is fantastic, but the cleanliness and safety of the hotel will need some more work. It is true that u hv read all those good reviews. The room is clean, bed is comfy and with Dove bath toiletries. The bf is good and just nice. Awesome part if u wish to go they provide boxes. Check in and out is easy and fast. The Staffs r all very friendly. Am very happy to stay there for 2 nights
