Hotel Sutton Scotney dengan Kolam Renang

Stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a function at the hotel. A large hotel set in its own grounds. Modern (ish), our room was large and the bed comfy, bonus that you can open the windows. Observations, no glasses in room for water but there are mugs for the tea and coffee. Bathroom needs attention, the plugs in the sink and bath couldn’t be unplugged so I had to use a knife to prise them open so that the waste water could drain away, extraction fan inoperable so steam quickly gathers. Food. No room service is offered, breakfast self service buffet, food quality just average, at busy times staff struggled to keep food options stocked on hot plates. Some staff training is needed, the young staff seemed rushed and lacking in basic hospitality skills. This venue is billed as 4 Star but I would place it at 3 Star from the experience we had.
