Tourist trap. Very poor value for money. The hotel is outdated, rooms are small, and key facilities like the saunas were not working. Staff were not helpful and at times rude. They charge extra for almost everything. I booked a Mountain View room but was told on arrival that this is different from a “Meteora View” and requires an additional fee — misleading and clearly an upselling tactic. Overall, overpriced for what you get. The hotel is located outside Kalambaka Town, 5-6km away, suitable for self-driving tourists. There is a large courtyard in front of the hotel for parking. The front desk staff are friendly and will provide Sky City tour maps and tell you where to watch the sunset. The hotel has complete facilities, including a large outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant provides a buffet in the evening with a rich menu and the breakfast is also very good. The room is larger, with a large balcony, complete facilities, clean and quiet. The only drawback is that the hotel is a hotel for travel agencies. There are 6-8 tour buses every day during the few days of stay, which are two-day tour groups from various places to Kalambaka, so the breakfast and buffet dinner will be crowded. Individual tourists can go there after group tourists leave after 8 a.m., and the dining environment will be much improved. All in all, I recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet mountain range, the whole hotel is full of art, breakfast is rich, the room is fully equipped. The hotel is a little far from the town of Karambaka and requires a taxi. The hotel can help guests call a car and help them contact the car and tour guide to Medeola Abbey.

Our view from the balcony was amazing as it looked out to the sea. The staff were very kind and helped with everything from luggage to dinner recommendations. The hotel restaurant was also delicious.

This time, we made a room different from the room on the order. We communicated with the front desk and said that there was nothing wrong. It was really open and nonsense. The result of 2 rooms for two days was a room price difference of 2 days. The same room was different for5O Euro bad review, never come again next time.

Modern hotel and comfortable public pool. The lobby restaurant order tastes good too. The free breakfast is very rich and tastes good. Parking nearby is very convenient. The staff is very friendly. Will stay again
