Tourist trap. Very poor value for money. The hotel is outdated, rooms are small, and key facilities like the saunas were not working. Staff were not helpful and at times rude. They charge extra for almost everything. I booked a Mountain View room but was told on arrival that this is different from a “Meteora View” and requires an additional fee — misleading and clearly an upselling tactic. Overall, overpriced for what you get. We liked the location and nice big rooms and balcony with a view. It was comfortable to get a rest after sightseeing. The only trouble was that the hotel is pretty big and there were several big groups at the same time. So no chance for a personal cosy breakfast or dinner. But we definitely recommend this hotel as it is one of the best at this place.

Amazing boutique hotel/ resort! The whole family had a great stay. The staff was very kind  and always helpful to fulfill our needs due to recent mobility matters. We enjoyed the crystal clear waters of the private beach and the serenity of the resort! We will certainly be back soon!

The hotel is located in a quiet mountain range, the whole hotel is full of art, breakfast is rich, the room is fully equipped. The hotel is a little far from the town of Karambaka and requires a taxi. The hotel can help guests call a car and help them contact the car and tour guide to Medeola Abbey.

Our view from the balcony was amazing as it looked out to the sea. The staff were very kind and helped with everything from luggage to dinner recommendations. The hotel restaurant was also delicious.

Nice hotel next to the sea. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is a bit old and would need renovations. Breakfast is good.

The environment is great, in the mountains, but the surrounding area is a field, the service attitude is very good, the hotel’s meals are also good, the balcony of the room is very comfortable, eating at the rooftop restaurant, the view is excellent
