Stunning view from window. Running track just opposite of the hotel. Only shortage is the old facility.

Hotel is in the good location, just across the street to the lake. In the room is very clean with big screen tv.

the room is newly renovated, but the lobby of hotel is little bit old fashioned. breakfast is good , the onsen is very small

Hotel is very nice, big hotel we choose the room is annex room and have to walk and find the aisle its quite difficult to find . The onsen is good, annex building have onsen too and also mountain stone sauna, some area is pay area and have free area as well, have to ask, not all the staff can speak english i think only 1 staff can speak english and very friendly. When you check in have to pay 150yen for the local onsen tax. Left side of the hotel have many restaurant, lawson

I stayed for two nights, but it was a rainy day so I spent the whole time inside the room. I stayed in a modern Japanese-style twin room. The room was pretty clean. The view from the window was great. However, the soundproofing was poor and I couldn't sleep very well.

The hotel is too old, no matter the furniture, the stairs to the bathroom are too high, very dangerous

The wallpaper in the room fell off, the bottom of the bathroom door handle was damaged, and no buffet dinner was provided on weekends. The 14th floor bathroom had a good view of the lake, but it was suspected of using non-hot spring water. The reception staff had a very good attitude.

I had trouble returning home due to the heavy rain from the typhoon, so I decided to stay at this hotel on short notice. I made a reservation online and checked in 15 minutes later. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the parking lot attendant was very kind to me. I'd like to come again.

The service is very good, the front desk provides Suwa bus consultation and route map. The breakfast was good, but the view on the top floor was delayed due to weather problems. If there is a problem, it is that it takes too much time to get from the annex to the 14th floor of the main building.

The room space is sufficient. It can be seen that the hotel is a bit old but everything is still in good condition and clean. The room can see Lake Suwa, which is very beautiful. The view from the bathhouse is also good. The breakfast buffet is average. Overall quite satisfied
