因不知飯店停車場有電梯可至二樓櫃檯辦理入住 導致我們從一樓走樓梯搬行李到二樓 預約訂房資訊不夠清楚 當初看房內有電腦才訂房 但實際到現場才知約訂房型不含電腦 很失望 而住宿第一晚 睡覺時很多大雜聲 感覺在移動傢俱及東西頻頻掉落聲 第二天過中午 突然來按鈴說退房時間已過（但我預約兩晚住宿） 我馬上拿起手機要預約諾富特 因家人勸阻後才放棄

공항리무진 타는곳 1초거리. 교통 , 인프라며 위치최고입니다. 화장실 바닥난방이 안되어 다소춥긴했는데 센스있게 온풍기도 비치되어있었고 직원들도친절했어요. 다시묵어도 마레보입니다.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

Quite a distance to walk from the nearest subway station, and the road there was not the smoothest...with many constructions ongoing. But the room was quite big. Toiletries, one floor towel, one standard sized bath towel, and four smaller bath towels were provided.

웬만하면 리뷰 잘안쓰는데 체크인시 얼굴 넙대대길고 키큰 여자때매 남긴다. 이런외모 묘사도 본인이 이름을 안밝혀서 이렇게 표현함. 그렇다고 가슴쪽 명함이름도 잘안보여서. 이름이 먼가요? 3번 물었는데 말하지도 않는다.손님을 무시하는 태도. 룸2개 내가 직접 결제하고 손님을 체크인 시키는데 여권은 지가 받아놓고 룸이 두개니까 양쪽에서 체크인해주겟다고 해놓고 여자손님여권을 지가 가지고 있으면서 옆쪽카운터로 보낸버린다. 지가 가지고 있으면 손님은 이쪽에서 체크인 도와드리겠다고 해야되는거 아닌가? 국적을 미리 판단한 남자직원은 바로 중국어로 대응하는데 본인이 영어만 할줄 아나 손님은 알아듣지도 못하는데 영어로 주구장창 떠들어만 대고 ... 차라리 명찰에 가능외국어 국기를 명찰을 붙여놓고 상대를 시키던가. 아니면 내가 한국인인데 바로옆에 붙어있는데도 나에게 설명하면 될걸.. 근데 굳이 피곤해 죽겠는데 들을만함 설명도 없다. wifi비번없는거 굳히 설명안해도 다 알테고 룸키커버에 적어놓으면 다 알아서 할걸... 5층 몇시 체크아웃정도면 충분하고 조식시간정도면 되지.. 그렇게 영어하고싶으시면 영어 웅변대회를 나가시던지... 한국어하면될걸 어이가 없드라. 체크인 시 센스없게 여권들고있는거부터 거슬렸는데 서비스업 마인드가 글러먹어거 표정관리도 안되고 물어바도 대답도 안하고. 우리직원이였으면 해고할 수준. 신입도 그직원보다는 잘할듯. 차번호도 세번을 말해야 알아듣고 귀가 어두우면 차라리 차번호를 써달라고 하던지... 일부로 못알아듣는거처럼 이상한 숫자 읉어대질않나... 그나마 중간관리자 담당자 아니였으면 폭팔했을지도 모른다. 여긴 니가 서비스받는곳이 아니고 손님에게 서비스를 제공하는 곳이다. 유두리 센스 모두 최악. 영어로 말하는거 좋아하니 서양인만 상대하는쪽에 고정으로 놔두길 진심. 서비스 직군에 맞지않은 성향같은에 빨리 다른길 찾아 떠나는것도 방법일듯. 수원에 그나마 좋은호텔이라 백화점 붙어있고 내 집이 가까워서 데리구 왔구만 그 여직원때매 이후 다시 잡아야하나 싶다. 조식은 중국만 못하지만 먹을만했다. 같은주에 광저우 메리어트에 2박했는데 그곳과 비교해 시설 조식 서비스마인드 한국이 한수 아래다. 그냥 호구 한국인 등쳐먹는 가격으로 지역독점적 지위를 누리고 있는 포지션이다. 참고로 광저우 백운구 메리어트 조식포함 15만원. 수원 변방에 있으면서 2배 비쌈.

Delightful place to stay as its central to many attractions and shopping areas. Repeated stay here and is still delightful as it is. Mattress and pillows could do much better. Front desk weren’t helpful when asked for recommendations in the area.
