The JinJiang Inn exceeded my expectations with its pristine cleanliness, attentive service, and convenient location near popular attractions. The rooms were spotless and well kept, What really stood out to me, though, was the level of service that I received during my stay. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, and proximity to sightseeing spots.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left much to be desired. Firstly, its location was quite inconvenient, being far from many places and lacking nearby attractions. Additionally, it was not within a reasonable distance from the metro station. The room itself was passable, although it could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, upon checking in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty, leaving me unable to take a shower late at night. Communication was also a challenge, as only one staff member had limited English proficiency. Another drawback was the absence of a refrigerator in the room. Furthermore, due to our proximity to the elevator, the noise level was incredibly high, with constant disturbances from people conversing in the corridor and adjacent rooms, even as late as 2 to 3 AM and during morning room cleanings. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory.

The hotel proximity was ideal for the event I was in town for. If you're looking for somewhere you can walk out the front door and explore Suzhou, this is not it. It was more of a residential area. The room was simple, and clean... Breakfast was decent. Shower was hot. Staff were efficient and friendly.
