Love the vibe of the space, an escape from the city and bustle yet close to tourist attractions. A short walk to ping jiang lu though didi is really affordable given the distance. Staffs are attentive and helpful. Only downside was the renovation works of the restaurant beside the hotel. But i trust they are completing them soon. Besides some noise, it was a great stay! Even aft I have checked out, they still allowed me to do laundry and even helped to transfer it to the dryer while i was away exploring the city so that i can come back to dried laundry. Another plus is their beautiful courtyard for me to 打卡 (suzhou wall painting)without the crowd!

The hotel is great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it's a bit far from a convenience store and the metro station. However, the hotel manager was incredibly helpful—she assisted us in arranging a trip to Nanxun Ancient Town. There's also a nice restaurant next to the hotel, and the food there is both delicious and satisfying. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it!

Lovely hotel! We booked a non-smoking room. We haven't smelled any smoke in the whole hotel, very good! We also made use of the washing facilities. The personnel was very helpful in explaining how the washing machine and dryer worked. There was also a waiting place if you dont want to wait in your room. In 30 minutes your clothes are washed, in another 30 min the clothes are dried. No soap is needed, the machine adds this itself.

Good hotel service. Location of hotel nearby many attractions. Hotel is clean, big and no smelly.

Room is clean and front counter staffs are friendly. Not so near to metro even thought it is within walking distance. Hotel is within walking distance to humble administrator's garden and pingjiang street though. Streets along the hotel can be quite quiet at night as not a lot of stores are nearby.

The hotel is in a very good location, near all major attractions. Located in a not too busy part of town, reasonably quiet for good night sleep. Checking in and out is a breeze with booking through trip.com. Breakfast is local Chinese food with 4 choices, simple but fulfilling. Highly recommended for budget travelers, couples and families.

Room is good with free laundry. Location is really the big drawcard at this hotel.

We stayed three days here. Good value for the price. Would recommend it.

Everything from the room's cleanliness to the staff's service is great. The only problem is the "view" that we got was just a window to a corridor where staff walk pass. A 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro.

Hotel is nicely located near the tourist attraction. Room has a good living space for four. Housekeeping is properly done daily. The hotel front desk is helpful and friendly.

I have wrongly booked the hotel. My intention is to book the branch in Ping jiang road. However, it is also not a bad option to stay here. The building is new, very clean, laundry room with washer and dryer foc detergent. Just the room is quite small. Limited walking area on the floor with 2 x 24' luggage. Air-conditioning works well, cooling in very short time. Staff is friendly. The location is near to Humble Administrator's Garden. We take DIDI ( e hailing) to all the attractions, the DIDI fares is affordable (cheaper than Malaysia as they using electrical vehicle)
