Artyzen Habitat Suzhou

Our twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). Last but not least, we wanna thank Hailey Song for going an extra mile and helped us return a parcel to SF upon check-out. Will recommend others upon their visit to Suzhou :)

The hotel is absolutely amazing. We arrived as two families and our rooms rate was graded to the high quality king-size suit with a nice outdoor terrace. The room had all the necessary equipment and very cozy bathrobes. The design of the room is amazing and very stylish. Special mention to the shower gel, body cream and shampoo which smell amazingly! I would definitely recommend this modern, clean and stylish hotel to my friends. Breakfast had a variety of different dishes as Chinese and European as well. Thanks to the receptionist Jarry for his assistance, he was very nice and polite.

The entire hotel makes people feel comfortable, the city view looks so beautiful and there are many special chinese food around the hotel. The front desk Jerry is so patient to explain how to travel suzhou, what a nice hotel, what a nice city. by the way, there are not so many choices for the breakfast in hotel, but we like the noodles and chinese dumpline so much, taste even better than the hotel in shanghai.

We saw this hotel from trip.com, never heard about it before but was attracted by its 5 star status and is very close proximity to metro station, 2 min walk, right opposite the station when you get out from exit no. 3 of 南园北路地铁站. The room is spacious! With nice design from a well know designer although im not familiar with him. We had a one nite stay only, my kids kept on asking for extension of stay. D bed is so comfy, aircon is working well, you no nid to leave one card in the room just keeping d room cold temperature at all times! I booked a very late train back to shanghai the following day as I thought I would spend my long days in suzhou. But we were too tiring, and sat at the hotel lobby for hours.i would like to express my gratitude to the front desk staff, 小陈, who is so helpful and friendly. She had approached us if we needed anything. A compliment to her warm smile and help... When we asked for direction, she had shared with us traffic conditions....others warm acts such as offering mineral waters to us and small gifts to our kids !! The kids love it so much. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others, not only good location, comfy n clean hotel, plus the politeness and professionalism of the hotel staff. Ms 小陈had made my stay even enjoyful!!

Artyzen Suzhou is my favorite hotel! It has the best location for my itineraries, and the service and cleanliness are also excellent. I love how they promote environmental conservation in the daily toiletries and amenities. If you need assistance in English, the two professional front desk and room service staff have greatly helped me! Mr. Jerry Wang made my stay comfortable as he also helped me book the taxi using the Chinese app, and you can see his genuine concern and professional attitude. I also received help in the room from Ms. Jala Liu. Overall, the stay was beautiful, and I recommend this hotel for business or leisure. There's a nice place to visit, especially at night, for a lazy walk. It’s on Pingjiang Road, a well-preserved ancient road with many interesting shops to check out. And, of course, the Master Net Garden is a go-to place, too, as it is one of the UNESCO heritage sites.
