Ulasan Suzhou Wugong Royal Banquet Hotel

We only booked this Hotel because it had an outdoor pool. We can’t tell you how disappointed we were to find it still hadn’t opened, despite it being advertised on this site as being opened all year round. Even the pool side sign said it would be open in June. This should be updated to reflect the accurate information. Thank goodness for the delicious breakfast buffet.

Xiao wang and xiao ting - excellent service Lovely hotel. Superb service and amazing facilities. Awesome royal banquet at the hotel with make up and dress up services. A night to remember. Add on photography session at hotel scenic landscape. Pan men scenic area right behind the hotel with complimentary entry for my purchase. There is also an ice bar in the hotel. Thank you reception for upgrading my room from 1 king to 2 king beds.. all in all.. superb hotel, people, scenic landscape and cultural experience. Received a hair pin as farewell gift. Very Recommended place to stay in Suzhou.

Suzhou Banquet hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my lifetime. Room was big and spacious. The gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel and they had a cool ice bar. One downside is there in no on-site laundry other than that it was fantastic.

The hotel is set next to a beautiful park with remnants of medieval old Suzhou. It's also conveniently near restaurants and other areas of interest. The outdoor pool was closed, but we enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was really nice to our little children, giving them cute slippers and toothbrushes. These little details always make a difference. The room was really big with a nice bathtub and rain shower. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The room AC was broken so it was very hot in the room. They did bring a fan. The carpets were a bit dusty and also some of the furniture. Very friendly staff and great garden with pagoda. Shower was amazing.

Hotel is located in the vicinity of a conserved artifact. The property is nicely managed to blend in with the original looks. A morning walk in the garden is extremely comfy.

帶老媽蘇州休閑遊，庭院式房間老媽很喜歡，房間大而整潔，床墊老媽也説很舒服，服務人員親切客氣，房間還有歡迎水果，離盤門景點近，後花園出去就是，對老年人很友好（玩累了就回來休息），整個行程各方面老媽都很滿意
