Nice, spacious and modern room, clean, good selection for breakfast, very quiet at night.

Aircon at corridor to hotel rooms are not switched on. Good to have free laundry washing facilities.

Didn't get to take any pictures this time but location was good as always. Smooth check in and out. Decent beds

This hotel is clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. Western options are few but there are croissants, toast and cereal for breakfast, as well as Chinese cuisine. The area doesn't have much to see or do but it's close to schools and businesses. Recommended for business travellers.

Unfortunately we went during the CNY official holidays. Very disappointed that we were not told that, apart from breakfast, no other food would be available!! The young workers on reception could not advise us of where to go and eat or where to go and walk. The hotel is not close to amenities so finding food was not easy! The bedroom was 15 degrees on arrival and took over 4 hours before reaching a comfortable temperature. The hotel was cold throughout and we wore our coats to eat breakfast ~ which was also cold! The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have tea and coffee in the room. On the third day we found a really nice walk 6km from the hotel.

衞生狀況差，衞生清除為表面工作，躺床上休息的時候居然看見沙發腿處藏有小雨傘殼。 房間燈光昏暗。想用一會電腦，發現枱燈是壞的。 差評！！！ 非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，感覺對不起這個價格。

約了朋友一起玩，臨時入住的這家酒店，超預期的好，酒店很新，位置沒有在鬧市區，很安靜，前台也熱情招呼，入住流程很順暢，因為帶着寶寶，特地升級了親子房，小童用品齊全，卡通房間帶帳篷，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，早餐也很豐富，很不錯的入住體驗！

國慶節假期出來玩臨時訂的房間，酒店很不錯，離很多景點挺近的，開車停車啥的也很方便，前來辦入住的James Wu服務很好，很貼心還送了早餐，一樓有健身房，非常愉快的一次體驗。

去看電競比賽選的酒店，服務特別好，一開始因為高鐵要早到，提前電話聯繫想要提前入住，他們為我做了備註，到酒店的時候也是第一時間將空房安排給了我😘 酒店裡洗澡的水特別舒服！清理房間的阿姨也都很好！外賣也可以機器人送達，送的也很快！！附近的外賣也很好吃！！很棒！！

酒店環境還可以，房間不是很大，但是衞生真的令人堪憂。 無意中發現床下很精彩。 服務沒問題，前台小哥很客氣，就是衞生真的配不上這個價格。

國慶出遊臨時定的，性價比還可以，前台小姐姐還把長者房間也升級了。房間還比較乾淨，周邊也比較方便

酒店離蘇州文體中心很近，打車過去也特別方便，整體的入住體驗非常棒，前台的James Wu的服務很不錯，讓人感覺入住體驗很舒服

房間非常大，床也很舒服，廁所乾濕分離，各種生活用品一應俱全，前台服務熱情，機器人配送也很及時，來蘇州這三天住的非常舒適
