Head high expectations. Service was ok. Breakfast not inspired. Water was not refilled every day. Gym is tiny and neglected. Blanket for a double bed is two single blankets.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Hotel carino in una posizione ottima e centralissima. La stanza ha tutto ciò che occorre anche se andrebbe manutenuta maggiormente, abbastanza pulita.

overall hotel is good by staff aren't no so friendly. Hard to control room temperature and bathrooms are way very small. Good location.

The hotel was very clean, the room was small but comfortable, the shower is very small, you can barely move inside, we had bad smell coming out from the toilet and the elevator panel was broken, so we had to use the stairs most of the time. Overall we had a pleasant time.

This hotel is at a great location and is good value. Staff are friendly and although rooms are a little “tired” and could use renovation they are ok for the time being.

The hotel was fine, not a 4 stars hotel. the drain was clocked and you couldn’t take a bath: first because it took more than 1 hour to fill the bathtub up less then halfway and the water was ice cold. We got told that maybe every one was using the hot water at the same time, but it happened day after day. The cleaning wasn’t done well. Out of the 4 days we were there it only got cleaned twice and the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. Dust everywhere. The indoor climate was very bad as well. We had to open the windows pretty much the whole time. Overall was ok experience but not a 4 star hotel or worth the price.

Hotel is lovely. Comfy beds, and exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast space could be a bit bigger, especially given how busy the hotel was when we were there. The shower doesn’t always have hot water especially at peak periods in the morning. Generally very good though.

hotel in a fantastic location, right in the center of Budapest. Slightly dated furnishings (I didn't like the carpet), small but functional bathroom, excellent breakfast
