The front desk service was excellent, the breakfast had a great variety, and the room was clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and it's conveniently located close to the subway station.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Plus, the hotel's delivery robot made getting takeout incredibly convenient.

Families, you absolutely have to try Atour Hotel! My recent stay here was an incredible experience 🥰. Walking into the room, the cleanliness and tidiness immediately impressed me. The decor is simple yet stylish, with every detail perfectly executed. The bedding fabric was soft and skin-friendly; lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-quality and very comfortable to use. Breakfast was rich and varied, but I must mention the staff... their service was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. Check-in was fast and thoughtful, and they patiently recommended fun places nearby. Whenever I had a problem, they were quick to respond and resolved everything perfectly. Here, I truly felt the warmth of home. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose Atour again!

Decided to stay one more night. This is my second Atour property within this China trip. Though i much prefer the Xinjiang experience, I would think Atour Suzhou did OK, given the property is quite dated. For some reasons, the toilet has lingering smell ( not pleasant ). Front desk service is good as usual.

The room is value for money. Staff are extremely friendly and will go the extra mile to assist u. Special mention to 小暑和枝荟 for assisting to my laundry and check out. Will stay again the next time I come to suzhou
