The location is very good, just in walking distance to the beach. The staff can speak English fluently, easy communicate.

Very near to Kata Beach. Big room. Recommended breakfast for Muslim. One of the staff named Phisut helps us to enjoy breakfast.

Brilliant location in Kata. Hotel itself was decent, clean enough but not as high end as expected. King bed was 2 singles pushed together, shower wasn’t particularly powerful.

Close to the beach but the hotel is a little run down. Needs a renovation. We only stayed here for two nights which was long enough before moving on.

I had a great experience staying here. I loved everything although breakfast was just okay, the location was perfect with this reasonable price and high season. I want to point out the cleanliness of my room, it’s okay actually. Yet only the first day of my stay, the floor was covered of sand. So I hope this’ll be learning point for the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our staycation at Suga Marina Kata. The beach access, hotel pool, and local area were all fantastic and convenient. The room was clean, beautifully furnished, and I loved the bathtub.

A very simple hotel with basic needs. 2 min walk to the beach, eateries & shopping. 3rd time here.

Place is really amazing. Staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Only small problem with noise, the air conditioning was very noisy during the night.

The hotel is a great in a great location. The staff is a bit lost as my room didn’t have any power at night so no lights or ac they ended up taking us to another hotel near which they also own. Not much of an apology but the stay was nice and the room was nice

Location tis the best for walking to the beach. Good vibe. But the swimming pool is old and dirty. The room that I had stayed is quite clean.

We stayed in the room that can connect to next room. We could hear everything next door talked and they stayed up until 5.30 a.m!

Best location for easy access to the beach and food market. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We got a kick out of the bathroom decor, but would definitely stay again. It would be worth paying a bit extra for the pool access rooms.

I usually don’t write reviews, but the front desk lady was very rude. When I checked in she told me to take a seat and wait for my room, but got annoyed when I asked how long that might be. When I got to my room, I noticed things were a little worn down. The room only had a sliding glass door facing the pool on the first floor (not very safe), it was also very noisy outside, so sleep would be difficult. I took a beach towel and left the room, 2 hours later I had an emergency and needed to leave. The front desk lady refused to give me even a partial refund, when the room was untouched! I wasn’t asking for a full refund, just a refund for the next day! She kept saying that it’s up to trip.com, and I told her that wasn’t the case, trip would be contacting her. She rolled her eyes and said no!
