Ulasan Maisui Select Apartment (Suzhou City Life Plaza Branch)

Location of stay is pretty strategic whereby there is a mall just next to the service apartment and many eateries and restaurants nearby. The first room we have gotten was not of satisfactory due to the cleanliness not up to standard. However the person in charge was swift to response and helped to arrange another room for us. Overall the stay is all right if one is not an OCD, however the cleanliness can be improved at the bathroom and kitchen area. Provide better quality bedroom slippers, free bottled water. Have smoke free rooms for families. Proper TV rather than a projector. The beds, cutlery are acceptable. Below photos are just the room which is not of good standard. Hope all rooms can maintain of similar standard.

Rooms are in Block B, call in-charge upon arrival if early. Near metro, 5-10mins walk. Area more than enough for 3 to 4 adults. Hard beds, but pretty comfortable. A lot of food choices around. Massage option in mall connected next door. Weird toilet design with short curtains, making whole toilet wet.

Really nice, modern apartment. Well insulated from sound and heat. Huge TV, courtesy of the projector mounted above the bed downstairs. Enough of a kitchen to make yourself some breakfast, and having a washing machine was very handy. The lady who runs the place was extremely helpful, any issues we had were resolved quickly. The location was great too, very close to the metro line 2, which allows for easy exploration of the city, plenty of shops for fast food, clothing, groceries, etc. too. Would definitely recommend if you're planning a longer stay in Suzhou!

On my booking it say 32nd floor but 1 end up in 9th floor,i arrived at 2:30 pm and the room was not ready, they ask me and my whole family of 6 to stay in a different room until it is ready in about a hour. Even when arrived at the temporary room the door won't open because the lock has no battery, then wasted over a hour for my room, there were 2 towels in the room, I booked the room stating it's for 4 adult and 2 child, and on the booking it says it can accommodate up to 6 guest. They told me the lock code is valid until 8 am the next day. There was no bottled water in the room. The bathroom door is very difficult to close, my mum and the kids definitely could not close it, shower head broken, toilet seat sliding left and right, tiles in bathroom looks like it's ready to fall off the wall. Room was dirty, only 4 pillows in the room, although I got the bottled water and 2 extra towels after contacting the hotel, it still wasn't good enough, there was a big bottle of shampoo for hair but tiny bottle for shower and only a quarter full, I do not recommend this hotel. I will not come back to this hotel even if it was free of charge😡😡

Great location. The apartment building is just 5- minutes walk to the Long Xiang Station, and there are many dining places, malls, supermarkets, and convenient stores within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes taxi ride to Suzhou High Speed Train Station. The apartment butler is helpful and fast in responding to requests.

Very clean and nice apartments. Happy with the stay, recommended to others if traveling in a group.

Love this apartment, good location nearby nanjing south railway station. Easily access to nearby areas , many good places around. Spacious clean apartment and environment. Great service provided by the staffs too 😀

Blanket Smell like cigarettes, charging ports not having enough power, floor stated isn’t right.

Room was good, AC is available. Shower was clean, and the room was sound proof

Value for money, alot of shopping & restaurants nearby.

房間真的好大，有兩層，裝修古樸雅典，環境很好，整潔温馨，位置不錯，附近有商場，服務也挺周到的，好評！

品質可以的，大樓位置OK，下了單後溝通及時，入住無壓力
