Hotel Swakopmund dengan Bar

We booked into the Hansa for a treat for a week with a very good rate via trip.com. We are on a long term overlanding trip by motorcycle and I had sprained an ankle on a sandy road so wanted a base to just be whilst it healed before getting back on my bike. This hotel is so lovely...we felt like members of the family, all the staff are so kind, polite and super helpful. The room and facilities were perfect and the hotel is very central in swakopmund so I could hobble about for my daily exercise and get to the beach or the shops. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Very much a 10 out of 10 experience.

A lovely hotel by the sea in Swakopmund. We received a warm welcome and the female receptionist was very helpful in organising dinner reservations and a morning kayaking tour. The porter dealt with the car and the luggage very promptly and in a friendly manner. Breakfast staff were lovely and the food laid out was copious and a great way to start the day. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. We appreciated the cooker sea air after staying in the desert. We ate a wonderful meal at the Butchery reataurant and enjoyed trying Namibian oysters. All in all a friendly and satisfying stay. Thank you.

Das The Delight Swakopmund ist wie ein modernes Hotel an der deutschen Nord- und Ostsee aufgemacht und ausgestattet. Maritime, aber auch namibianische Accessoires angenehm und stillvoll gemischt. Sehr nettes, kompetentes englischsprachiges Personal an/in Rezeption, Restaurant/Bar und Housekeeping. Nettes Detail war das abendliche Verteilen von Wärmflaschen vor einer kühleren Nacht. Frühstücksbuffet und Bar waren gut sortiert .Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte und war sauber. Alles in Allem jederzeit wieder und auch weiterzuempfehlen.

We had an awesome time. The reception, stay and hospitality were top notch. We received great care and the responsiveness of the staff was great.

The hotel was fine for a couple of nights. The rooms were lovely and modern (although we were given a view of a wall which was a shame!) . The pool is freezing so not useable in the winter months. The interior of the hotel (lobby and hallways) are a little run down and could do with updating. The lounge/bar is relaxing with the fire and TV. Breakfast had a large variety of options but the heaters to keep food warm (like beans, hashbrowns etc) were luke warm at best so the food was generally pretty cold. The hotel is set about a 15 mins walk from the water front where the restaurants are so you will need to use a taxi after dark.

We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view of the beach. The restaurant, Salt, has some great food for both breakfast and dinner. Staff here were very kind and friendly to us. It is located right on the beach so you can go for a nice walk along the beach at any time. It’s between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay so has easy access to both towns for travellers. You’ll really enjoy your time here.

As our travel abroad was coming to an end we finally were treated to sleeping in a bed and hotel showers. We were all pleasantly surprised by a new home. We spent 3 nights and 2 days here. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. Before going home we wished we could stay a few more days. Everyone were great.

We recently stayed at this hostel as a couple, and even though we're not into surfing, our experience was quite enjoyable. We opted for a private double room with shared bathroom facilities. There is secured parking. The kitchen facilities were also a big plus, allowing us to prepare our own meals and save some money on dining out. The owners and hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always available to provide helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The shared areas in the hostel were comfortable and inviting. Whether you wanted to relax, engage in conversation with fellow travelers, or get some work done, there were suitable spaces for all these activities.

The uniquely designed Beach Lodge is located in Swakopmund and features a restaurant, bar and BBQ facilities. The hotel has a garden and offers uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. The elegant rooms are decorated in natural colours and feature large windows and a unique oval shaped ship’s cabin window. Each unit features a seating area, flat-screen satellite TV and a patio or balcony offering views of the sea and garden. Extras include a desk, laptop safe and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. At Beach Lodge the signature restaurant, “The Wreck” is located on the 2nd floor and offers a variety of dishes and overlooks the ocean. The tour desk can assist guests with arranging excursions or an airport shuttle upon request. This beachfront hotel is located 54 kilometres from the Walvis Bay Airport.
