這個酒店是朋友推薦的，在王家大院隔壁！晚上到達，辦理入住要爬一個長長的樓梯，拿着行李從地上停車場上去，也要爬上門樓，非常不方便，晚上還有些嚇人，女士慎入！房間小，設施有些陳舊，晚上還跳閘斷電了一會兒，手機沒在身邊，在一個獨立的小院子裏，需要打電話找人修！ 這麼大的一個酒店，入住還要200按金，看好房間吧枱上的東西，都要付費，包括3元的礦泉水！ 白天景色好看！可以拍照！吃早飯也是要爬長長的樓梯，早餐一般，建議可以送到房間，做定食那種！完全沒有期待中的驚喜！圖二就是吃飯和辦理入住的樓梯！ 夏天全家多人入住可能會很好吧！圖一是小院兩間房子

We were upgraded to an executive room, which is magnificent. However when we arrived, the door man just greeted us but not taking care of our luggages. We found that the room amenities are inadequate. There was only one small tube of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. These certainly are not enough for 2 persons.  The first night was excellent, the bed was turned down and the airconditioner worked perfectly.  The second night was awful. The airconditioner was turned off because the outside temperature was around 14°, but our room was hot. Upon complaining a fan was delivered but it was useless! A sleepless night and the bed wasn’t turned down either.  We won’t make a fuss if it’s not a Kempinski Hotel!

This is a big hotel in a good location ( walking distance to the ancient town) with spacious room , clean and comfortable beds. However, there are no fridge, nor save box in the room; kettle, tea, coffee provided. Love breakfast with a variety of choice, both western and Asian styles, especially the dinner buffet (158 yuan) is amazing; well done chefs! We love a lot of things about this hotel apart from the “shower tickets”; this should be clarified in the hotel’s policy that this ticket is just a discount coupon for using Spa. We thought this is for swimming pool. Overall, we had a good time at the hotel and lucky to visit the Buddha caves and the flying temple in one day. Highly recommend this hotel to any traveller in Datong.

Exceptional service. Friendly front desk staffs. Complimentary shuttle service to high speeds train station. Many restaurants nearby, great location for business and pleasure stay. Highly recommended.

Great location and they were all super nice. However the room was super hot and there is no AC. When we asked they brought up a portable unit but it wasn’t nearly enough to keep the room comfortable. If it’s winter it could be a great spot but definitely look elsewhere in the late spring and summer.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is older but in excellent condition with very comfortable quiet rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent with extensive Chinese and western options and even espresso coffee made to order. There was a bit of smoke smell in the corridor at times but none in the rooms and everything was very clean. Hotel was well located in the old town and close to the impressive nine dragon screen. We’d happily stay again

特別滿意，衞生乾淨，服務也好，特別是餐飲部，早上用餐之後，還送了小禮物，餐飲部工作人員趙俊辰和閆瀝丹，在得知我們有一個孩子不想起床，沒有吃早飯，還特意給孩子帶了麪包酸奶，真的很友好，感覺整個酒店都是用心在服務的，酒店離白馬寺山森林公園很近，晚上我們又逛了對面的龍馬湖燈會，體驗感都很好，如果下次來，還會住這裏，強烈推薦！

Hotel is not far from the high speed Railway station and across Wanda shopping centre with lots of restaurants and shops. Daily Fresh fruit and lovely breakfast. Rooms were comfortable with fridge and large bedroom, massive bed. Price was very good and staff is helpful

This hotel was okay. The trip.com description makes it appear as though this property has a laundry room and supplies laundry detergent. They do not have a laundry room and charge extremely high prices to launder guests' clothing. If you were counting on being able to do laundry, as I was, this is something to be aware of.
