Facilities: The decor and equipment are quite old. The water pressure is good, but the TV is tiny – too small to see clearly from the bed. There's only one power outlet next to the bed, which is inconvenient. Cleanliness: It was okay. Ambiance: Pretty good. Service: Service trumps everything. The service from every department was excellent, truly five-star worthy. Key point: The room was too hot and dry. Coming from Beijing to Datong, I might not have acclimated to the local climate and temperature. After one night, my throat felt very uncomfortable, almost like it was tearing. Even with the air conditioning off and the window open, the indoor temperature stayed at 28 degrees Celsius. The front desk provided a humidifier, but it didn't help much. Single shower ticket: It doesn't include scrubbing or similar services, but the online group purchase price was quite reasonable. Late-night congee: Very good. The congee, bread, and side dishes all tasted great.

We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Drum Tower in the very heart of the ancient city. It's incredibly close to all major attractions; Huayan Temple, Shanhua Temple, and Dongnanyi are all within 600-700 meters, making them easily accessible on foot. Popular internet-famous restaurants like Zini 369 and Longjuxiang are also just a three-minute walk away. Although the hotel has a classic, state-owned aesthetic, its service is far from old-fashioned and has kept pace with the times. The facilities are well-appointed, the restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance, and the breakfast features a wide selection of delicious options.

Five-star recommendation for the Li Bai Hotel! The location is fantastic, super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The room was spotless, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very peaceful stay. The service was impeccable; check-in was super fast, and they responded quickly to any requests. The robot delivery service was also incredibly thoughtful, convenient, and unobtrusive. The room had smart home features, and there were also a laundry room and gym – all super practical amenities. The value for money is amazing.

Environment: The hotel is located near Baima Temple Mountain, offering a beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and peaceful setting. Facilities: The hotel opened in May and is fully equipped. The in-room hot spring pool is very comfortable, with ample water flow, fast Wi-Fi, and a wide selection of complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast is also quite varied. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, and the hot spring center is also spotless! Service: The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent, both in the guest rooms and in the restaurant. The front desk staff is very welcoming and will personally explain the hotel facilities and escort them to your room. They also give a small gift upon check-out. My whole family is very satisfied with this hotel and will stay again! Fengyang Yitang Hot Spring 4-Hour Ticket (Includes a meal of your choice and unlimited fruit and drinks): The hot springs aren't large, but they are clean and provide ample leisure and entertainment. Food and drinks upstairs are all free.

Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

The room was clean and tidy, the cleaning service was in place every day, the service was particularly intimate, and the stay was at ease! The hotel's breakfast is varied and nutritious, with hot dishes, porridge, steamed buns, sweet potatoes, taro pumpkin and other multi-grain staples, pastry bread and milk! Especially praise Zhao Junchen of the catering department for helping to find seats, serve meals, and the service is hot and thoughtful! There is also Zhang Pengxia, the service housekeeper, who carefully prepared children's slippers and dental appliances!

For more than ten years, I will stay in this hotel every time I come to Jincheng. Not only because this hotel is close to the highway, but also because from the service to the room environment, from breakfast to the spa on the first floor, every aspect of the hotel makes people feel at home. The meticulous service at the hotel front desk left me with a lasting impression. Made a deep impression. In addition, the park scenery outside the hotel is also comfortable. I will still choose this hotel when passing through Jincheng in the future.

The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, answering all my questions. They even upgraded my room. The mattress was comfortable, and the two pillows, one firm and one soft, were also quite comfortable. The hotel's location is good, with many restaurants nearby and plenty of parking. The soundproofing in the room and hallway was decent. The only downside is the soundproofing of the windows. Near the Red Star Macalline shopping mall, taxis often wait for fares at night, honking their horns loudly when they need to enter or exit. The sound rises between the two buildings, and even with all the windows closed, the sound is as loud as if the windows were open, making life unbearable for residents on higher floors. I thought the higher floors, being away from the street, would be quiet, but the constant barrage of taxi honking, slamming car doors, loud noises, and rain is unbearable. I have to get up early to travel today... I barely slept a wink last night.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very spacious, bright, and well-lit, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it! The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taiyuan.
