因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有）第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。

身為嘉義人,覺得嘉義市的101一定要體驗一下，以下是住後的感想,因飯店還很新,還是有聞到裝潢的味道，鼻子不太舒服，另外check in後,因沒入住過,不知道用卡片即可到達自己的房間,可能太先進了,建議櫃台可告知一下,另外在trip.com中選的房間有一個小帳蓬,有提前跟小孩說,但進去沒看到,我再找trip .com的圖片也沒看到小帳蓬了,無法和櫃檯說,建議網站使用的圖片需要和真實的住房一致,避免引起糾紛. 另外廁所的衛生紙有點薄,撕一下就破了,可以加強一下品質. 浴室可增加放浴巾和衣服的架子,洗完澡出去拿衣服真的很冷. 今天早上06:10分的活動真的辦的不錯,飯店可增加行銷如來福容不用去阿里山就可以看到日出之類的,這是你們的強項,嘉義市飯店沒有比你們高的,提供樂團及小點心是很貼心的表現,這方面也都可在辦理check in時,告知房客,增加參加意願. 本身在台灣或國外常住飯店,嘉義福容是真的有這個水準,我覺得不妨辦一個可優惠嘉義人的方案,或是健身房,游泳池開放嘉義市人加入會員,讓大家更了解,不要只是大家口耳相傳那個很高很貴的飯店,好野人在去的.

Stay here only if the top 50 hotels in a 100 kilometer radius are full! 1) arrogant attitude. They won some sort of “most Instagram friendly hotel” because they have a pretty lobby. Now they think they’re “the sh*t”. No compromise, no hospitality. Just a “take it or leave it” attitude 2) everything is extra pay or requiring advanced booking. guests need to “pre-book” their vaunted rooftop bar. No special access for in-house guests. Gym use requires a trip to the lobby in advance 3) from online pictures you’d think all rooms had nice bathrooms. Not true. Check the fine print. Our room not only didn’t have a tub, it didn’t have a separate shower stall. Just a wet industrial bathroom 4) it seems that double beds are standard. If you don’t request you won’t get a single queen bed 5) inadequate parking. We had to park in a supermarket parking lot three blocks away because the 20 spots the hotel provided were full 6) full of screaming children. Not sure what special might be going on but hotel full of yelling families and screaming kids running around. 7) in the middle of nowhere. You can’t get anywhere interesting by foot and there are no taxis 8) And to top it all off, it’s not cheap! It’s actually one of the more expensive hotels in town

Only stayed there for a night but I think it was fairly ok, my only issue was that there was no windows in the room so it felt very enclosed. It was near some attractions so I think the location is pretty ok.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is clean ,the toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Coincidentally, a earthquake happened causing the water heater to not work. The hotel offered to change to another hotel or a refund, which I appreciate the options given. Eventually, they fixed the water heater within few hours. Bed is nice and service is friendly.

RRod SoThe location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. Front desk staff made a mistake during check in by mixing up the amount so he called me up to inform me that I need to pay for the short amount he billed me. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I settled the matter with him. It shows how they work Breakfast was okay but not spectacular. .

CChristianWI recently stayed at the Maison De Chine Hotel in Chiayi for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value offered. I booked one of the cheaper rooms without a window, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a separate tea-making station, and a cleverly designed layout with a separate toilet, bathroom basin, shower, and bathroom area. This setup provided a level of convenience and comfort that’s hard to find at this price point. Although I mostly used the room for sleeping, it was a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. The reception team, especially Ken, was fantastic. They were always ready to help, whether it was organizing taxis at a moment’s notice or offering detailed information on how to catch a bus to Alishan. One of the standout amenities was the free laundry room—an absolute lifesaver for someone like me who’s been traveling solo around Taiwan. It’s also worth mentioning the hotel’s excellent location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the night market, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy some delicious street food. There’s a cheap and tasty breakfast cafe right across the road and a Family Mart around the corner, where you can conveniently book your HSR tickets. Overall, my stay at Maison De Chine Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chiayi.

KKlo99Clean and classy hostel with great common areas. The staff in the reception is professional and polite. They provide free luggage storage. The only uncomfortable thing is that the bunk beds don't have that much privacy as the curtains cover half the bead. They don't provide towels.

AAndy 888Good location but slightly run down hotel. Need to uplift overall hotel conditions especially hotel room and walkway to the room. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Quality of breakfast require to improve such as served warm food rather than cold dishes. Lastly I went for toast to avoid disappointment. Not really suitable for international tourists.

MMinNirperfect location...the hotel can be seen once you get out from the Chiayi Hotel.. Muslim traveler I highly recommend this hotel..the room is spacious, the toilet is super clean. And you can go to the halal restaurant run by an Indonesian just in front of the hotel..their food is superb guys.. The staff very very friendly and helpful (I face some difficulty with the dryer) shout out to the lady (maybe she work as a housekeeping) she is very helpful and very nice. And also the guy who work in dining ( he wear glasses) he also took an effort to understand my English and help me with the dryer... Seriously it was a pleasant stay in this hotel...

PPengguna TetamuI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops. My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

PPengguna TetamuThe hostel has a good location near the train station and bus to Alishan. Breakfast is very basic but an option or street food and a 7-11 aren’t far away. Female dorm is incredibly small for a six bed. And next to no storage so your luggage and is literally everywhere in the room with the junk already in the room. En-suite bath is an option but it’s also small and the shower section is almost on top of the sink and toilet. AC is modest in the room but helps as the entire hostel is hot and humid all day and night. Beds are semi comfortable but have privacy curtains which were nice. WiFi is solid in the hostel as well. Despite the hot temps and painfully small rooms, I don’t feel like the hostel took much of any precautions around the COVID-19 virus. Hostel wasn’t really cleaned or disinfected, no real soap outside of the main kitchen sink, only one small bottle of sanitizer for people to spray their hands. And only one staff member wore masks. At every other hostel I’ve stayed at in Taiwan do significantly more to make guests feel comfortable during this challenging time. The hostel is a very good value but I wouldn’t recommend it or return. The lack of precautions with the virus and the cramped hot rooms with no storage are three strikes and you’re out for me
