🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs. The Highlights: The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue. The Downsides: However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived. Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in!

Super location. 3 mins walk to restaurants & Xiaoqikong Scenic. Love the modern Chinese decor. Home stay Boss is warm & friendly, helpful in giving advice to Xiaoqikong. Room is bright & spacious, 3 seater sofa, study table chair, tea area, open concept bath tub, toilet bowl with auto flush, seat warmer, bidget. Cleanliness 10/10. Probably the newest & nicest home stayin that area. Highly recommend

We decided to stay with this hotel because of the highly positive reviews. We did make a right choice as our overall experience was so great. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, bright, clean and the mattress and pillows are super comfy to sleep with (this is very important for us as we don’t usually sleep well when travelling). We had a breezed morning jog along the river right in front of the hotel. The experience was really good and relax. The host provided white glove services such as VIP transport to/from train station and tourist spots. Special thanks to the staffs who helped to send our leftover baggage to train station so we didn’t miss the train.  Bonus point: We witnessed the beautiful moment of sunset at their roof top (see the attached photo). This will definitely be our first choice hotel in our next visit in Libo.

The lady proprietor of this minsu is very hospitable and responsive. It is clear she works hard to operate the minsu and it is reflected in the standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The towels were all good quality, clean and individually sealed. The dining cutlery too were all sealed in sets. The room was clean and spacious. It had many considerate touch points for convenience and comfort such as the in-room massage chairs, XiaoDu home assistant and a tea-making settee. The breakfast had a good range of options like a buffet which is impressive ! The chef does very decent dinners too. We felt very safe and comfortable staying there for the duration of our trip to Libo Xiaoqikong. Thank you and I wish your business continues to grow and see more overseas guests!

Just next to the old town and riverside. Didn’t like the translucent toilet and shower area though.

Really great stay in this hotel. The location surrounded by mountains is amazing. Service was excellent with the pick up from the train station ( special thanks to Xiao Zou ). We had a great dinner and the evening BBQ around a fireplace with a movie projection and all the guests together was a great time. we even made some friends that followed us for the rest of the trip. Will come back and recommend to everyone.

This was the biggest room i’ve ever stayed in. They offered pick up and drop off services to the railway station. And also HOTPOT SERVICE! U can order hotpot or some other stir fried dish from them. If u prefer other food, they also can help u order delivery. The helper also helped me carried and sent my luggage to the room. He will also delivery home cooked breakfast to the room at your preffered time. It’s the best feeling to have hotpot at such big balcony with perfect weather during my visit. Breakfast was warm and delicious too!

必須給滿分，剛預訂完酒店，酒店工作人員就電話過來諮詢什麼時間到，把房間安排好，還送了歡迎水果，空調什麼的都提前開好。停車場夠大，停車方便，早餐豐富，還有現磨咖啡。退房還送了當地特色伴手禮，誠意滿滿的，另外必須誇獎一下酒店的工作人員，熱情好客微笑服務，荔波的景色很美，有機會再次過來還願意選擇這個酒店

這次入住的酒店真的超出預期！剛到門口就被前台小姐姐的熱情感染，主動詢問是否到店，會提前給我説交通方式，還耐心介紹周邊的美食和遊玩路線，全程笑容滿面，讓人瞬間有了回家的温暖。酒店位置特別便利，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站，附近有個小集市，小吃街一應俱全，出行吃飯超級方便。房間更是乾淨到讓人驚喜，床單被褥潔白無異味，衞生間一塵不染，連角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨。性價比超高，下次夏天來荔波，一定還選這裏！
