環境：新是新，就是有點割裂 酒店還挺新的，走的中式園林風，一進去感覺挺安靜，還有點傳統文化那味兒。不過，各棟樓之間佈局太合理，連廊沒起到該有的連接作用，在樓與樓之間走來走去挺不方便。像三亞柏悦酒店的連廊就設計得特別好，走起來很順暢，前期設計的時候學學。 位置：交通方便，周邊好玩兒的多 位置不錯，在襄陽的核心地段，交通方便。周邊商業、旅遊、休閑的地方都不少，不管是出門逛街、旅遊還是放鬆，都挺便利。附近還有一些有名的景點和地標，要是來旅遊，能多去幾個地方逛逛。 服務：餐廳服務真的拉胯 服務這塊兒，餐廳表現太差勁。早上7點半，餐廳人不多的時候，居然衹安排了一個人帶位，我們和前面一户人前後腳到，居然沒人帶位。餐廳經理（穿灰色西裝那個）態度也不行，全程沒個笑臉，冷冰冰的。我和老婆想坐靠窗四人位，他還一臉不滿，直接翻白眼，這服務態度太影響人吃飯心情了。 餐食：下午茶半成品多，早餐種類少 下午茶的點心好多都是半成品，口感和品質都不太好。早餐廳的餐食種類也不夠豐富，好多常見的早餐都沒有，選擇特別少。作為一家洲際，在吃的方面確實得好好改進。 房間設施：問題不少 住的房間設施也有問題。面盆的下水彈簧損壞，按下去了按不起來，很影響日常使用。保潔阿姨打掃不仔細，這麼明顯的問題都沒發現，也沒上報。還有淋浴和浴缸的水温，最高衹能到38度左右，想舒舒服服泡個熱水澡都不行。酒店在房間設施維護和檢查上得加強管理。
