Saya jarang menulis ulasan negatif, tetapi malangnya saya perlu mengatakan ini. Jika anda membandingkan kos bilik dan keadaannya, maka secara keseluruhan hotel ini tidak buruk. Kakitangannya baik, lokasi hotel juga baik, sarapan pagi yang lazat. Saya tidak suka bau yang tidak menyenangkan di bilik mandi, pemandangan dari bilik dinding bangunan bersebelahan (tetapi itu hanya nasib buruk dengan bilik) dan perkara yang paling tidak menyenangkan ialah sarung bantal yang koyak dan tuala yang koyak. Linen jelas perlu dikemas kini.

The rooms at NAP Hotel are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful design elements and attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding to the sleek furnishings. The panoramic views of the cityscape from my room added an extra touch of magic to my stay. my stay at NAP Hotel Krabi Town was nothing short of excellent. Whether you're a solo traveler, getaway, or a family, I wholeheartedly recommend NAP Hotel for basically a transit if you have to catch a flight the very next day 7 eleven is just nearby!

The hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

An excellent hotel for its price. It’s just a five-minute walk from the main attractions. Nearby, there are mangroves where you can take a stroll. The riverside is also very close — just a minute on foot. Right across the street, there’s a decent restaurant with good food. The room had everything we needed: large beds, warm water, and a small balcony. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. No issues at all!

number of people staying really matters to the hotel - upon checking in they will ask how many people are staying and they strictly wont allow more than 2 people in a room, its their policy - we came in a group of 3, so we need to pay additional 1000 baht per night. we stayed 3 nights so we need to pay 3000 baht upon checking in - its impossible to lie to them as their lobby is very open so they definitely can see how many of u guys coming once u drop out from your airport car - i dont mind and im not angry to the hotel because we need to respect their policy, plus the receptionist is kind and helpful, they talk to u nicely cleanliness - the room is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain. i feel comfortable - pool is clean as well, i saw they clean the pool every morning location - the only downside of this hotel is the location. its not on the mainroad. its a bit far from the beach. - i book grab around 70baht one way to the beach and shopping streets. - i book grab around 90baht one way to aonang landmark night market - i book grab around 70baht one way to aonang muslim street food - if u’re planning to rent a motorbike then the location of this hotel doesnt really matter breakfast - all halal breakfast - variety choices of food - breakfast served from 6.30am - 11am - one male staff on duty name Music was really kind and pleasant. he always check on the guests to make sure we have a good breakfast experience in the hotel amenities - i love that this hotel uses an app for us to order additional amenities daily. its very easy and convenient - after u order from the app, the housekeeper will send the items to your room luggage storage and weighing scale - they provide luggage storage without additional service charge - and they have big weighing scale for u to weigh your luggage before going to the airport hotel lobby - the hotel lobby is open concept hence there is no aircond - so if your return flight is late at night like in my case, after checking out, we went to the nearest coffee shop to sit and relax with aircond overall experience - satisfied

Brilliant location off the beach, very quiet beach as well so it was perfect and away from the other crowded beaches! Bungalows were clean. Staff very friendly. Would recommend!

Clean friendly staff, help yourself to instant coffee in the morning. Ok for the price online about $14/16. Location ok

The location of the hotel is perfect . The hotel is clean , modern and hip . There are many chill areas which is nice if you want to remain at the hotel but not in your room . The room is adequate , lovely fridge and the bathroom is spacious. The gym is small but sufficient provided there are not too many people in there at once , nice variety of equipment ie kettlebells , free weights , sandbags , treadmill , steppers etc . The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but does offer a 200baht voucher per room to spend at their little cafe . Perhaps the amount per room can be increased . Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would without a doubt stay there again .

This is the sophistication resort I ever stay in Thailand , I have to fully highlight staff there all is helpful and friendly especially a male staff name Tan, He assist us in Rock climbing services and give me a confidence to complete it , not only that he did assist my kids to hand carry the luggage all the way to our vehicle during check out, the room have to be done a bit make over cause look quite out of time , the rest all is superb , the breakfast also variety choices

This hotel is located conveniently opposite Ao Nang Beach, and 5 mins walk to Ao Nang landmark which offers a lot of food selections and shopping. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the beach and many tour counters nearby if you want to book day trip for island hopping. The room is a bit small, was just right for a two-person stay. However, there were some issues with the toilet, which had a persistent weird smell, likely due to drainage problems. Despite requesting hotel staff to check, the smell returned after a few uses. The water pressure in the shower was not very consistent, which was a bit frustrating. On the bright side, the breakfast offered a good mixture of Western and Thai selections, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but the prime location and decent breakfast made up for some of the inconveniences.

The staff went out of their way to create an unforgettable h9neymoon experience! The location is great just use headphones or earplugs because of the parties happening on the beach but WOW!

Very nice place and perfekt restaurant on a very good location with great viev out over the bay area. It could be nice to now, that we where beeing picked up by a boat and sailed near to the hotell. I was looking fore a car!! Check in starf should be better informed about our arrivel, they want me to pay one more time fore the stay, but after they checked everything was okay. Good free service with car to and from the beach and town. Room was clean and big with very good bed, nice balcony with viev over the sea. Will like to come back.

This is our 2nd time staying here. This time we stayed in a room with 3 beds. The hotel has expanded, the staffs are friendly & ever so helpful. The buffet spread is great. Minus point is the water pressure is too low & probably they should upgrade the hotel’s towels. It is too worn out. Overall we had a pleasant stay. 😁

Stayed 3 nights at the end of December. The hostel shared bedrooms are really close to the beach but also to the beach bars, so it can be pretty loud inside the bedroom if you plan to sleep before the party ends at around 3 am. I would recommend buying a pair of earplugs that you can find on the 7-eleven. The bathrooms were too dirty, as expected in shared bedroom hostels, although service staff tried to keep it as clean during the day, but at night was another deal. Location wise I’d say is very good location. And I want to give a remarkable mention to the host Miguel, who was very helpful giving us tips, recommendations, tips laves to go and even booking some kayak and boat trips.

This hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

Fantastic location—just a short walk from the pier, making it super easy to get there with luggage. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I booked a room with direct pool access, which was perfect for cooling off in the heat; stepping right into the water from my room was a great touch. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely book here again.

Phi Phi Cabana Hotel offers a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main pier. The friendly staff provided helpful service, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's amenities, including the large pool, were satisfactory. However, we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The room was full of mosquitos upon arrival. While the hotel's location, service, and amenities were commendable, we believe that a higher standard of cleanliness is necessary to fully elevate the guest experience. Despite this, Phi Phi Cabana Hotel remains a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay on Phi Phi Island.

Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience.

Clean AC room in nice surroundings with pool and gym. Safe are super friendly and willing to help. Not too many staff for such a big resort. The wifi had issues during our stay. Little or no wifi. The breakfast is not worth the money. Instant coffee, dry bread rice and pineapple. Same every day for 2 weeks. You have free instant coffee and water in the room. Want cheap Thai food visit Mushroom restaurant. Overall stay 5🌟

We had the best time at Twin Lotus. All employees are super nice & helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the rooms near the beach,very recommended. On arrival, we received a room that had no roof to its balcony, plus it was connected to another room. The reception staff was helpful & let us move to another room with the required balcony roof for the following 2 nights. Breakfast is good and varied. We chose to use the hotel's offers for a rented motorbike & and island hopping, although you can find it cheaper in town. But you can try and negotiate if you'd like. All in all, I highly recommend staying at the twin lotus hotel.

Absolutely fantastic staff . They go beyond to help you with anything . The sunsets are amazing from this bungalow style hotel. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the views are spectacular. Definitely recommend a stay here. A little remote from the main road but makes they stay very quiet. Definitely need a motorbike or hire tuk tuk.

Absolutely beautiful location. Hotel well maintained, staff very kind and friendly. Pool and breakfast were excellent and it is a close walk from Sala Dan pier. Very good.

Hotel ini terletak di utara Lanta Ia mempunyai pantainya sendiri, yang agak bersih. Dua daripada kolam renang sedalam 1.2m, dan saya tidak pernah ke yang lain. Ia agak jauh dari 711. Saya secara peribadi lebih suka pemandangan di selatan dan restoran di tengah, jadi saya rasa lokasi itu tidak memberi saya markah penuh, tetapi kebersihan bilik, sikap perkhidmatan, dan kemudahan semuanya baik ! (Tandas dan pembetung mengalir sedikit perlahan. Keesokan harinya, saya merasakan sedikit bau di dalam pembetung. Terdapat pepijat kecil tetapi tiada haiwan berdarah sejuk.) Saya dan rakan-rakan bersetuju bahawa kami harus menempah hotel ini secara langsung pada masa akan datang! Ramai warga asing datang ke hotel untuk berbaring di pantai dan bermain air, yang sangat menyejukkan.

Good little road-side hotel with a short walk to the beach.  Great service.  Friendly & helpful staff.  Very clean room.  Great service.  Stayed for only 1 night.  Hotel is located approximately in the middle of the island (north to south); rent a motorbike from the hotel and go explore Koh Lanta.

Ottimo per posizione , la spiaggia più bella, la stanza e’ funzionale, letto comodo, bagno ok la colazione a buffet e’ buona, il responsabile alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutare, personale gentile e ottimo anche il ristorante, producono le verdure, avevo Camera Deluxe - Lato Collina(letto matrimoniale ) n. 984 e’ in alto, c’è una salita da fare ma la vista soprattutto la mattina all’alba ripaga lo sforzo. grazie

I rarely give 10 out of 10 but moonlight deserved. Location is great.North is noisy and a little bit crowd, south is not convenient. Moonlight is in middle of lanta and just near the sea.It has its own beach and there is a wood cabin you can lay down to get massage. Food is good.My package includes breakfast.There are fresh fruits, bacon,yogurt .I stayed 2 days in moonlight ,the 2 days' breakfast is same but delicious . Room is clean and towards to ocean.I booked ocean view room and the view is stunned. Service is 11 out of 10! Staff is very polite and enthusiastic.You can fell everyone is so happy then you'll become happy too.Trust me, moonlight is perfect place to chose.

The hotel is so beautiful, sea view and so quiet and peaceful too. It was a great trip in a perfect hotel. Clean and comfortable and the price most importantly is very fair

In a beautiful spot on a hill overlooking the ocean. Villa was nice - bigger than expected with a nice layout. It is a little way from the pier and the busier areas with restaurants/shops etc. No problem with a scooter - if not it's between 200 - 300THB one way to move around the most common areas. Plenty of beach bars in walking distance, and the staff at the resort were very helpful and attentive.
