Just return and had a great break in the sun On our arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink in the reception a smiles from the team . Once we found our room which is a bit of a trek as the hotel is very large on the third floor we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room but on further checks of the bathroom I was frankly shocked to find at least 5 holes in the bath which had been poorly repaired with cement and painted over and paintwork coming off the walls by the mirror . Wi-Fi in the bedrooms is pretty much non existent which I don’t expect from a 5 star hotel. Although disappointing it did look up after this in particular the quality of the food is exceptional we paid extra to use the al a cart restaurant which was money well spent even thou do expect to spend at least 2 hours in hear as service can be very slow there is also a buffet restaurant which is also good and a lot quicker if you don’t mind queuing with the masses . Breakfast is also served in the buffet which is mostly good apart from the time I asked for a cheese omelette which came with bits of ham being a vegetarian I was not best pleased ! Juices are freshly squeezed which is lovely apart from the extra apple label that appeared in mine !pool area is large with 4 pools to choose from and plenty of loungers for everyone although they are a little tired with cushions which most are broken location is next to the beach so only a few steps to the sea where a broad walk awaits you with a flat walk to a marina.The hotel has a great selection of entertainment both day and evening although not to my taste the ABBA tribute seemed particularly fun drinks are expensive but that is to be expected at a “5star” all in all we did have a good time just need to iron out the few point’s mentioned

Very clean comfortable beds and sofa modern lovely host went at Christmas they put on shows round pool.it was cleaned daily inside and out the only thing we did not like was the paint colour needed toning down to make it more modern it's a sickly bright green god knows who chose that awful colour. Could also do with a few arcade machines instead of having to go into town for something to do like a ****** no idea why 2 stars definitely worth more than that rating.i will be going again

Wow what a lovely short trip, I could not fault this hotel for cleanliness, rooms spotless pillows fluffy and comfy beds. Coffee machine and fridge, Tv and hairdryer in room The staff are all so friendly and cannot do enough to help you with anything even the cleaners see you in the corridors shout hello and have a good day. We had bed and breakfast and there was plenty on choice. There is some building work going on across from hotel, we had a pool view room and this did not bother us at all. Hotel offer towels for the beach and pool which is very handy. The beach is beautiful and a stones throw away, some lovely restaurants nearby or a short walk to the harbour plenty on choice. Best steak I’ve ever had in one of the restaurants, everyone around this area was so lovely and polite. It is a lot quieter in this area which was great for me but we did go into Corralejo for the day, the bus is about 45 mins ish and there is a bus stop behind the hotel or the station is about a 5/10 mins walk away buses run till late. I cannot wait to come back here honestly the reviews speak for themselves and the pictures are up to date. This was a perfect winter break as it wasn’t busy and can get some sun and you didn’t need to fight for sun beds lol I will definitely be returning.

Had a very peaceful nights sleep. Rooms well appointed, comfy beds. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful inside, even better than the photos. Restaurant is lovely. It's the kind of place well-to-do folk come for a beautiful evening meal. And where professionals (company directors, airline pilots etc) would stay the night. Location is just superb, right on the beach. Probably works against the hotel in the winter with damp salty wind, but in summer I bet it's glorious. Anyways, think of it as a Travelodge with a view and an amazing restaurant and let the photos do the rest.

We stayed at Secrets Lanzarote in May 2024 and booked Secrets Fuerteventura as a birthday treat for me in July 2024. I was really looking forward to this hotel but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to the 5 star expectations I had. Room: junior suite sea view. The view is amazing, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and offers everything you need. The maids work hard and in general the hotel is kept very clean which is fantastic. However, we, as non smokers, couldn’t sit out on your balcony and enjoy the view as much as our neighbours kept enjoying cigarillos what felt like all the time. The hotel offered us a different room but couldn’t guarantee that there would be no smoke from others again. Smoking: in general I found this hotel off putting for non smokers. As mentioned above, it would be great to have non smoking and smoking rooms to avoid being exposed. When you walk to the main restaurant, you have to walk past the smokers who have their smoking corners outside the restaurant and by the entrances of the pool area. Guests also smoke at the beach and as there’s always a breeze you can’t escape it. Cigarette buds are in the sand due to this. Pool area: there aren’t enough sun loungers so people reserve and don’t tend to use them until late. On the last day of our holiday the hotel suddenly decided to enforce a non reservation rule, too late for us as we have left and we didn’t use the pool due no sun bed availability for several days. The pools itself are freezing and not 24 degrees. They need to be heated as Fuerteventura is a breezy island and it cools down in the evening so the pools will never reach a comfortable temperature unless helped by heat. Everyone I saw in the pool said it’s too cold and it was reported to the pool guy but he can’t do anything about it. Secrets Lanzarote was a bath tub in comparison and I spent a lot time in the pool there. The hotel could also invest in new pool towels, they have seen better days. Food: we only ate at the Buffett, which was great. We tried restaurants in town which were great and reasonable priced. Cocktails: we only tried 2 cocktails from the pool bar and they were very bad. They tasted like they came from a slushy machine, they didn’t as we saw them made in front of us but they weren’t very nice unfortunately. The Cocktails in town for 8€ were amazing. I really wanted to love this hotel and come back again and again but we decided that the price point is far too high for a hotel with freezing pools and sun bed wars.

We chose this hotel for the stunning location, which was absolutely beautiful, and can’t be faulted, the beach experience was 10/10, where 2 beds and an umbrella for the day cost 9€. The weather was gorgeous and there’s generally a nice breeze on the beach, the sea is also just beautiful, a very clean area. We knew the hotel was dated, hence the cheap price but it really is in complete need of total repair. However the staff all work hard to keep it immaculately cleaned, maid service every day, clean towels, beds changed etc. Beds are firm but fairly comfy, we stayed in the annexe apartments, which are spacious, where the gardens/patios are kept clean, lovely trees and plants, the pools are also well maintained. The restaurant area in the main hotel is pleasant and spacious, food is average, quite repetitive at times, there seemed less on offer in the annexe restaurant. There was also a lack of English teabags in the annexe restaurant, so if you like a cuppa, I’d advise you take your own. It’s a very large, busy hotel and in the evenings it was hard to find seating at times. The entertainment was not for us unfortunately, felt a bit like watching kids in a school performance, there was a man and woman 1 night that sang and played guitar, but generally this was a let down, although there were lots of people that seemed to enjoy it, so it depends what you like. It’s a very popular hotel and if you want an amazing beach setting and don’t mind the worn out rooms, and large numbers of people, it’s worth a visit.

Location:I really wasn’t sure where to stay - on the beach which is way out of town or in the town- eventually I decided midway at the Playa Park Zenzation. Nearby is a bus stop that takes you to the beach/ dunes by the RUI hotels 1 euro 40- this beach is stunning , especially if you keep walking along further away from the hotels. About 5 minutes walk from Playa Zenzation there is a lovely square full of shops which has frequent market stalls.The main area of Corralejo is about a 20 minutes walk, or a 7 euro taxi.The town is long with lots of different separated small beaches.The shops include big stores such as Mango,Spar,Skechers as well as some of the normal tourist stores, lots of restaurants and some nice shopping centres.At the end is a marina where a variety of boat trips can be organised. Hotel: The hotel doesn’t look much from the outside as it seems to be in the middle of nowhere but once you’re in it’s very modern and clean.Rooms surround the main pools - a large one ( which was v cold) a medium pool ( heated) - suitable for adults and children, and a tiny splash pool for little kids. There is also a hot tub.The pool area is immaculately cared for by staff. I upgraded to the newest building/ block and the room was excellent - it had a fridge and a kettle ( which the other rooms don’t) .Staying in this block also allowed access to a rooftop infinity pool (which was very cold) and to a separate bar and levels of loungers- well worth paying the extra if you want to avoid the masses (plus it wasn’t very suitable for kids so was lovely and quiet). Sun loungers downstairs and upstairs were plentiful.The majority of people there were middle aged or older with just a few children. Food: the staff did a fabulous job of providing a mass / variety of food for everyone- this included drinks eg Coke, wine ,coffee.The premier restaurant was part of my upgrade (just one evening though)- a real treat -you ordered from the chef as well as choosing food eg I got a steak to go with the other food.The downstairs bar was well used and popular but very quiet. Facilities: Day/ night entertainment- low key/ optional. Spa - lovely spa - really relaxing/ reasonable price- there is a choice of massage/ treatments too ( my favourite part of the trip).

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Suite I had was absolutely amazing, beautifully cleaned every day. The whole complex was very clean and well kept. All swimming pools were well maintained but except for the one pool which was heated (this was the busiest and largest area for sunbeds and being heated, attracted the most people, the rest were like taking an ice bath. Freezing. We still went in and had a swim every day though. This was the pool we went in showing in the picture. We preferred the quieter pools even though freezing. I felt the food let it down. Breakfast had hot & cold choices, I liked breakfast the most and had sausage, bacon & egg most days. No, the sausage & bacon weren't like in the UK because we weren't in the UK but fine. Lots of choice but the lunch & evening hot choices weren't up to a very good standard, fish & chicken just felt low standard. I could walk up and down and not fancy any of it. Lots of salads & desserts. All hot drinks were out of machines and no cold milk available for tea, only at breakfast with the cereals , then nothing to actually put it in while the tea stood for a bit. Had to get a juice glass to put some in. This was just my opinion about the hot choices and I'm not a fussy eater. I still ate ok but wasn't that enthralled. Lots of people filled their plates 2 or 3 times so maybe just me. My friend agreed with me to a degree. We ate in the main restaurant for all meals and didn't try the lunches provided up by the heated pool so can't comment on them. I think hot dogs & burgers etc which they didn't serve in the main restaurant. Have to say the cocktails were awful. Mostly out of a machine and just sugar tasting. The one barman thinking he was amusing just threw the drinks together when he had the slightest queue forming and normally it wasn't what you wanted. Then he ”didn't understand” all of a sudden, even the basics like gin & tonic. When there wasn't a queue, he paid more attention. He came across as sloppy, take your drink and move on attitude!
