Pemanasan sangat kuat untuk menjadikan musim sejuk yang asalnya sejuk tidak lagi sejuk 🥶. Cadar dan selimut adalah bersih dan kering, dan tidak membawa sebarang ketidakselesaan pada musim sejuk yang basah. PPengguna TetamuJe ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J'y est séjourné courant mars. J'ai oublié une paire de chaussures dans la salle de bain. je m'en suis rendue compte une fois rentrée chez moi le soir. J'ai appelé la réception dès le lendemain pour signaler mon oubli mais on m'a répondu que la femme de chambre n'avait rien trouvé.... J'ai rappelé quelques jours plus tard, et on m'a fait comprendre qu'on ne pouvait pas réclamer auprès des femmes de ménages... Le responsable m'avait demandé d'envoyer une facture pour me rembourser mes chaussures, chose que j'ai faite. J'attends encore le remboursement.... Autre mauvaise expérience dans le même hôtel : 1er matin, 7h45, j'arrive pour prendre le petit déjeuner : plus de pain, plus de viennoiserie, plus de brioche... il a fallu attendre plus de 30 minutes pour voir arriver du pain et des croissants congelés réchauffés au four. A 17 € le petit déjeuner, c'est du vol !!! bref, hôtel à fuir, ce sont des voleurs !!!

The staff were very friendly, the accommodation comfortable and the hotel is perfectly placed to enable a visitor to explore Angers. Breakfast was excellent but the dinner menu too heavy for our taste.

-A 250EUR deposit for a 2 night stay is abusive -Heat wave or not heat wave, the temperature inside the room is unacceptable. It hits over 32 celsius when outside is 36. There is a problem with termic isolation or the building was designed for something else. But they provide a fan and a quilt (just in case) -A spring mattress from the previous century hard like a rock -There is supermarket just in front with a generator that makes a loud noise all night. They also have a sensor-triggered light that turns on randomly illuminating my room temporarily in the middle of the night -Arrangement of the studio is bad. Toilet wide. Corridor very wide. Room is tiny -Price was very expensive providing what you get -Staff cannot manage any situation besides arguing ‘not our fault’ or ‘don't complaint. You have a fan' They are just incompetent showing an outmost contemp for their customers All in all, a sick & disgusting experience. I just didn’t want to stay in the room… felt it was unhealthy. Worst ever place i’ve ever been. The manager of this place should spend just a night to ‘enjoy’ the experience Ps. To the place, Please restraint from providing canned answers. Just close this place in summer if this is what you can offer. Arguing that is not your fault is unaceptable. If you are not responsible for offering a livable space, then, what are you accountable for? [try to answer this to yourselves] Ps2. Btw, 2 days later still not heard from my deposit, are this guys offering pathetic service for the rates of a 5* hotel?

This hotel has all the usual Ibis features, although it has no parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Free wifi throughout the hotel, Good breakfast, with 'doggy bags' to take some fruit for 'vitamins on the go'.. The nearest car parks are five to ten minutes away. Although not quite the nearest Parking Moliere is the most accessible on the flat. As this hotel is in the town centre the car parks can be full, especially on a Saturday. It is possible to park briefly outside the hotel (in the 'livraisons' areas to drop off or pick up luggage. The hotel is superbly located for the centre of Angers, beside the Loirte with the cathedral just around the corner.

What a lovely hotel in a lovely city. Although it has Centre Gare in its name the hotel is some way from the station, about a 10-15 minute walk. It is on the Tramway which stops right outside the hotel. What makes this hotel special is the young staff, they work as team from reception to the housekeepers nothing is too much trouble. Loredana on reception epitomised all that is good about the hotel. Helpful, efficient with much bonhomie. The breakfast room was kept up-to-date and there was a wide range of choice to suit all needs. The room was modest but kept impeccably clean by friendly housekeepers. The very minor negative was the toilet tissue and not toilet roll, as all travellers know this can be an issue. The Manager of this hotel should take great credit and pride in the team he/she has built. It was the the polar opposite of the Nantes hotel reviewed later.

Ccathmeunier01Je suis extrêmement déçue par l'attitude de cet hôtel. Ayant fait une erreur de réservation, je les ai informés immédiatement (en moins de 12 heures) et plus d'un mois avant mon séjour. J'espérais qu'ils feraient preuve d'un minimum de compréhension ou de flexibilité, mais j'ai reçu une réponse sèche et peu constructive, me rappelant simplement que j'avais choisi un tarif non flexible, sans aucune considération pour ma situation. Je me retrouve à payer près de 200€ alors que nous n’irons pas dans cet hôtel et qu’en un mois ils vont très probablement relouer les deux chambres. Le manque de dialogue et d'empathie dans leurs réponses est surprenant et regrettable pour cette enseigne qui est sensée être de qualité. Je comprends que les politiques d'annulation existent, mais un minimum de service client aurait pu améliorer cette expérience. Je déconseille cet établissement à toute personne cherchant un service respectueux et à l'écoute.
