Adam and Mark and his team were truly amazing and came to me and wife's rescue over the new year. We were booked somewhere else which was a dump and we found the B resort where we asked if they could accommodate us on New years eve at short notice. As they were not officially open they were ready to help us out. So the rooms were clean, fresh and done to a high spec. The en suite shower was perfect and the beds so comfy you wanted to sleep all day. The pool was refreshing and sunbeds to relax on. Sadly as they were still working on the resort, we could not get food, but did have the option to buy drinks, which was fine with us. All the staff were helpful and friendly, offering advice on places to see, eat or even to have a drink. The views at night across the water were amazing. This resort is across the bridge from the main centre which is perfect for relaxing with only being a 5 minute walk from everything. This hotel has a great future ahead and the potential is massive once everything is in place, great location, great decor, great facilities and amazing staff. Good luck.

The hotel looks nice but a little bit dusty, our room also looks nice but it was full of mosquitoes which is super annoying, we had to use mosquitoes spray to totally cover ourselves all the time and be careful with the door to bathroom since bathroom is an open space with only half of the ceiling. But still we got beaten up a lot. The curtains were super dirty covered with dead insects, the AC was not too functional but they put this AC blows right on the bed which made me and and my boyfriend both sick after the tour. And the rooms are not private enough, the description says swimming pool view, but actually the swimming pool just 5 meters in front our room. Overall I like the design of the rooms but there are many details were not satisfying, especially with the price, it could be the most expensive hotel I have tried in Cambodia, but experience was seriously so so.

The hotel is new and modern, but far from the town centre. It has two small pools, neither of which looked particularly appealing, especially the one on the Boutique side. My room (311) was clean and tidy, but the bathroom had some problems. The bath was not installed properly and could have fallen over as it wasn't silicone sealed to the floor (no building safety checks in Cambodia). The bath tap had no hot water, only the shower did. The shower had no door, so the water splashed onto the floor and wall. This caused dampness in the bedroom wall. The room was supposed to be 40m2, but it was definitely smaller, even with the balcony. The hotel was also very noisy. There was a railway line next to it with passenger and freight trains passing by. Across the street, there was a house with chickens and a dog. The roosters started to crow at 4:30am and the dog barked soon after. I could not do anything about them because they belonged to a private Cambodian house. The best part of the hotel experience was the breakfast (except for the flies on the food that is sitting out) and the staff. They were all friendly.

Love this hotel I have been there on the weekend with my friends and the hotel’s location is simply idyllic. Situated just a short distance from Kompot town center, it offers easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. The views of the river and the mountains from the hotel is breathtaking.

l have stayed in hundreds of hotels and B@B's around the world over the last 35 years(- covid) and this hotel would be in my top 10 places to stay any where in the world!
Small compex ( In high rise you spend all day waiting for elevators!!!) ,with great attention to detail about everything in th hotel! Once again quiet location , so no traffic noise etc.!
The staff where excellent in every thing. If you have a car or motor bike ,then the location isn't as big an issue ,but without that ,you have to use a tuk tuk all the time to go any where.
Would stay again , but would have a motor bike on hand next time!

It's really nice hotel in Kampot with reasonal price and good location especially nice views close to the sea. There are two swimming pools (freshwater and saltwater). The property was clean, the wifi strong, good AC and the staff very helpful and friendly. Wish to stay there again for the next trips in Kampot.

Hôtel propre et paisible. Attention, il n'y a pas de service de petit déjeuner. La piscine est charmante, mais la teinte trouble de l'eau ne donne pas vraiment envie de s'y baigner. Par ailleurs, nous avons constaté un problème similaire dans nos deux chambres : il était impossible de régler la température de l'eau des douches, ce qui nous obligeait à alterné entre une eau brûlante et une eau glaciale. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce souci à la réception, il est vite devenu évident que le personnel sur place n'était pas en mesure de satisfaire notre demande. Heureusement, le lit était confortable.

Excellent stay from start to finish. So glad we booked here for our 4 days in Kampot. Beautiful old cinema building stunningly restored in 2019 in true Art Deco style. Decorated beautifully and thoughtfully throughout in pastel shades, strikingly reminiscent of Ocean Drive Miami Art deco buildings, with an abundance of towering palm trees, plants and greenery in the entrance/reception area with it's open roof. Our room (Superior King Suite Room 108) was huge with an outside private balcony overlooking the pool. Spotlessly clean with superb air-con, a fridge is provided along with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. The room smelt absolutely beautiful of botanicals when we first walked in. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, what an amazing choice, and each breakfast dish was a work of art! Lovingly made fresh to order and presented on a wooden serving platter, almost too pretty to eat!! Top marks to the chef and kitchen staff. The staff and Management were also all wonderful, so welcoming and friendly. Bas the owner, Jilly, Sokun at Reception and a huge shout out to the beautiful Lin who served our breakfast in the restaurant, she was an absolute joy each morning, so bright and friendly, always smiling and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was simply delightful and what an asset she is to this already brilliant hotel. Location couldn't be better, a stones throw from the Durian roundabout and straight across the road you're immediately in the beautiful small side streets of Kampot where all the bars/restaurants are, plus only a short 5 minute walk straight down to the Riverfront. Don't hesitate to book this hotel for your stay in Kampot but book early as it's popular and you can see why - you will not be disappointed. Absolutely faultless.

Luxury at a bargain price with a wonderful staff to match. The room is very clean, AC good, nice linens, great pool and good food. at A true bargain below (far) $100 a night. The location is perfect just at the edge of the busier part of town and across the street from the river promenade. I wanted a scooter and it was there for small money in moments. A Kayak? - they have them for free. Negotiate a tuck tuck. No problem. Learn my breakfast preference? - done. There is a very good and very loud restaurant next door and a noisy gym behind the hotel but I was not bothered with the doors closed. This is not luxury but you get a great experience at a bargain price

Everything was pretty new. I was told the hotel first opened in 2020 but shut down thereafter due to Covid. It reopened around the middle of 2022. It has a fairly big lobby where a breakfast buffet is served in the morning.. it also has a coffee bar off in one corner which is where you want to get your coffee. They charge for it but we’re talking $1.50 for most espresso drinks. Coffee offered in the buffet is the Nescafé type. Skip that stuff. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very willing to help you with transportation, tours, etc. The location of the hotel is ideal and is situated very close to the durian roundabout. You can pretty much walk anywhere you need to go in town. At night, it’s lit up and is easily spotted as the building has six stories. There aren’t many that tall in kampot. Internet is quite good which surprised me. Only negative about the place is the room safe. It’s not bolted down and could easily be carried off. But overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay there again if in Kampot

We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were very helpful and polite, rooms clean and tastefully done in a tropical style, oudoor tropical bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bananas and water bought to the poolside after our walk. Very good breakfast. Short walking distance to restuarants and bars and in a quite street. Definitely stay next time we return to Kampot as its the best we have stayed in over the past 5 visits here.

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely loved my stay here, Mike, Michelle, Farr, Nene and Rady are all amazing very hospitable friendly people! &make your stay very comfortable. I kept extending my stay and even stayed down in the dorms afterwards. Such a lush place, with a natural pool, gym and spa facilities - not to mention the yummiest food and a menu that caters for all! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Kampot, would definitely stay again too 😁

PPengguna TetamuA fantastic location on the river with a great bar/restaurant, a variety of rooms and friendly staff. There is a choice of 2 pools to enjoy. Cocktails on the deck on the river is a must. A quick 5 minute tuk tuk drive gets you into town. The owner is helpful, chatty and very interesting. Louis and Lady are the cute hotel dogs. A great place for couples of families.

PPengguna TetamuRéservation faite de 5 nuits dans cette guest house Check in parfait. On va se coucher (2 adultes et deux enfants) Vers minuit, un membre de l’équipe de l’hôtel ouvre notre porte pour y installer des hôtes. Se faire réveiller de la sorte est pour le moins peu courant… mais c’est une erreur et ça peut arriver. 20 minutes après, ça recommence avec un autre membre de l’équipe. Ça fait beaucoup… On décide de descendre pour demander des explications. On ouvre la porte de notre chambre et on constate que les clefs qui ont été utilisées par les membres de l’équipe on été laissées sur notre porte côté extérieur! Désormais tout le monde peut rentrer dans notre chambre pendant qu’on y dort! On redescend les clefs à la réception et faisons part de notre mécontentement. Craignant que cela recommence, nous décidons de redescendre chercher les clefs pour les avoir avec nous. Elles ont été laissées sur le comptoir d’accueil et personne à l’accueil !! On les prends, mais n’importe qui d’autre aurait pu les prendre. Le lendemain, on nous accuse de chercher à ne pas payer!! C’est vrai que pour 13$, on a cherché à gratter ! Bref, ils font des erreurs sur l’attribution des chambres, rentrent deux fois dans la chambre au milieu de la nuit, laissent les clefs sur notre porte puis à la réception sans surveillance et aucune excuses A FUIR

Cadre et propreté irréprochable, mais ..... mais ..... 1/ T.V H.S ........ 2/ Beaucoup plus grave, Wi-FI totalement inopérant !!!!!! 3/ sans T.v ni WI-Fi reste l'alternative de la lecture ..... impossible, lampes de chevet H.S !!!!!! 4/ Party plus que bruyante sur la terrasse mitoyenne, impossible de dormir avant00h30 .... 5/ Dimanche matin, faute de personnel, le petit déjeuner INCLUS se résume à une soupe ..... merci mais pas de soupe ..... 6/ Détail mais qui a son importance, le plateau de la table basse du balcon est com plè te ment pourri !!!!! Bref, à éviter, le simple fait de ne pas signaler à l'avance la défaillance du WI-FI est innacceptable car j'avais des documents professionnels à transmettre .... pas de justifications que d'excuses .........
