The reception is extremely disrespectful. As a businessman traveling around the world, I think I have experience in many hotels. The hotel is a 4 star hotel. It definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The rooms are small and simple. The beds are mediocre. The breakfast is Cafe style. They take a deposit of 100 euros at the entrance. I was satisfied with the room the next day. I asked for a change because I couldn't stay. They asked for a second deposit for a new reservation. I said there was a deposit included. It was for the first reservation. We will refund it to your account after a week. The same hotel is disrespectful enough to ask for a second deposit for a different room and arrogant enough to treat its customers as thieves. I definitely do not recommend it. In terms of hotel standard, it is really 4 stars at most, definitely not 5 stars. The rooms are 3 stars.

Really nice hotel. The view is stunning. Great amenities. Nice breakfast. Very near to the metro. Trams stop in front of the hotel. Very accessible. But the check in is at 3pm. Unlike other hotels, we can check in a bit earlier. But here, we had to stay at the lobby until the check in time. Good thing, you can drop your luggage at the reception desk and stroll around the city. Overall it’s good, worth the price!

Brilliant hotel. Staff were all lovely, The breakfast was really nice. The room we had was surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Bars were lovely, friendly atmospheres and not too pricey. Really enjoyed our 4 days here.

PPengguna TetamuWhile booking the hotel we certainly came across more fancy sites & locations. Despite the traditional perception transmitted by the website the heart was more impressive than the shell. The dynamic staff and trendy setting did charme us differently. Turns out that surprisingly the hotel is a perfect oasis in a quite noisy city. Once inside no noise no stress just a nice trendy cocoon covering all the aspects to regenerate after a busy day in the city. The rooms are nicely designed with a view. Breakfast is still in the “old” setting, but luckily did receive a inspiring touch. Offering a lot of variance it is a good start of the day. The parking concept on the site was vague, but perfectly expected by the caretaking staff on the phone. Although close to the city centre most of the bar & restaurants are at the other end of the town, but when the weather is fine “who cares !?”.

PPengguna TetamuDon’t usually say this but I was truly blown away with the decor and design of this hotel! We had ‘loft’ room in the older part of the building with high ceilings which was beautifully decorated throughout, with three huge windows which we were able to open - something I really appreciate in hotels. Large desk and seating area was great for working and for the night we chose to order in, staff even gave us plates and silverware for our order which was a nice touch. Also really appreciated the separate shower and toilet rooms as well as the underfloor heating, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Didn’t use the restaurant but the bar area was beautifully decorated and had a good atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and also allowed us to leave luggage upon check out. Super handy for the tram too and a lidl underneath, would definitely stay again.

The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable, making for an enjoyable stay. However, the furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The chair at the writing desk in my room was sunken and uncomfortable, which was particularly inconvenient during my business trip, as I needed to use the desk frequently.

It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

LLimThe hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us.
Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk.
There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm.
Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.
The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.
