Very nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !! However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat. Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

整體寬敞，內部設施和功能齊全，有燒水壺好評，床比較軟，但是兩張床合併的話中間容易開。樓下餐廳因工作需要連續吃了五頓，總體還可以，早飯有獼猴桃也是不錯，正餐冷碟的牛肉、主食的沙爹串和牛膝飯整體不錯，冰淇淋比較齁。 但是地理位置稍微有點尷尬，從車站跑步過來衹要有3km的同時，周圍居然沒有超市和飯店，衹有對面有個加油站。最近的還是要去車站那邊。適合來出差不需要逛的。

modern design hotel and room, but TV still cannot use youtube might be the point not good, the room is big ! I really like the room design and the bed is super comfortable!

I chose here before heading to kinderdijk the next morning because it is relatively cheap and still Novotel. I enjoyed the stay. So if you are visiting Rotterdam, this hotel’s location maybe too suburban. But if you re just looking for somewhere clean and nice to spend the night before heading to the next destination, this is a good choice.

We really liked the hotel and our room. The air conditioning worked very well, the room had a lovely view, and the lobby offered several comfortable areas for working. We also appreciated the self-service Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby. There are only a few areas that could be improved. The mattress and bedding felt quite old and overly soft, so the bed did not provide the comfort we would expect from a hotel of this standard. The bathroom door did not close properly and had a large cut-out, which offered very little privacy and did not feel appropriate. Housekeeping also arrived quite late, usually at around 3:00 p.m., and some of the rubbish bins were not emptied. Overall, we had a good stay and would rate the hotel four stars, but improving the beds, bathroom privacy, and housekeeping consistency would make the experience even better.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

The room was spotless clean, the staff were also friendly, check out was easy. I was missing bath robes and slippers, the shower was a little inconvenient. Also missing coffee machine which is kind of a standard nowadays, let alone for a 5 star hotel, instead it was instant coffee sachets

We had a very pleasant stay at Motto’s. The room was compact (as in the descrilption when booking) but well organized, clean and with a big comfy bed. We slept very well. The staff was helpful and kind. The position is excellent near Blaak station, we reached almost every place we wanted to see by foot.

交通便利，離Blaak火車站和地鐵站比較近，走路五六分鐘就能到，1路電車blaak站和另外一個站點也是步行五六分鐘。 感覺周圍環境很安靜，也安全。房間也不小，有燒水壺和小冰箱。 大床實際上是兩個小床拼起來的，睡中間會凹下去。 有自助機自己操作check in and out，員工在旁邊提供輔助，態度都很友善。

Quite an old building- both the exterior and common area. But a big surprise when entering the room - spacious, high ceilings, huge windows with views, sparkling clean. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to Market Hall. All other major attractions are within also within walking distance. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.
