We're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review:
ROOM
Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay.
RESTAURANT
Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving.
Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast.
POOL
Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo.
SERVICE
The staff are all respectful.
PRICE
It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

Room and amenities a bit old. But it was still comfy and their clientele service was nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the buffet breakfast and the pool. I always want to start my day with a healthy breakfast. The pool was convenient for my son and son's friends to swim and bond.

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

Llove18The place is perfect for all locations nearby markets, malls and attractions. The receptionist is nice and very accommodating. Perfect for all types of stay, solo, couples and friends.. Will definitely visit and stay at this place again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocation：its in a local compound which is not in the center of Legazpi City, you need to take a 10min tricycle to get to the SM mall. There isn’t any restaurant near by. Better to rent a scooter if stayed here. It will be much convenient.
Room: We stayed in room#2. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as we expected. Bedsheet was stink. Even the landlord gave a new one. AC and hot water work well. They have their own generators. You don’t need to worry about the power off. WIFI was stable as well.
Service: Since it’s an AirBnb, we couldn’t expect to much on service. But make sure to let the landlord knows your check in check out time. The E-locker doesn’t work as well as a physical key.
Well, to be honest, on the terrace, or to be more specific, on the balcony of the 4th floor, you can’t really see view of Mt. Mayon which showed in the hotel profile picture.

Ggibo_27Location is great - near malls, parks and seaside. The room looks nice and neat. Beddings and furnishings are great. Buffet bfast was good as well. Staffs are polite and great. Shuttle service is available and arrived earlier than scheduled which is very convenient.
Cable tv does not have any channels. Hot shower is not available on my room - others seem to have it based on other reviews.

PPengguna Tetamumy stay comes with a free shuttle from and to the airport. aside from the free breakfast, a welcome service bottled water awaits me inside the room. no coffee/tea, though. but when i asked for hot water in a cup, they delivered it to my room after 20 minutes. the mattress with the linens was comfy enough to make my shut-eye unremarkable overnight. too bad the TV is not wifi ready to be hooked to netflix. bathroom amenities are present, except for a shower cap. we conducted a training seminar here for our stakeholders and the prepared meals were in excess of the actual participants present. we just asked for the leftover food to be packed for take-out. i was the last person who requested to take home the four small remaining chicken pieces. upon reaching home, lo and behold, there were only two pieces when i opened my box. hmmm....

FFULGENCIO OBADOthe hotel is very basic, no cabinet, the water in the sink is very slow, had a hot water. Its kind of old and no proper meantinance, no elevator so if you had a problem climbing the stairs this is not for you. the bed is good, the sheet are already warring out the color white is now getting dark. tv reception is bad, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
