MMarinaHotel is good - it is on the coast, there is a pool with lying and music, issuing a towel. Its exit to the sea and a piece of beach, also with lying. Choose a room with sea view - really there was a balcony and a wonderful view on the sea.
There is nothing in the bathroom from cosmetic ingredients, it is necessary to ask for a respiratory.
Disappointed food - these breakfasts are just the worst thing to imagine. There are cucumbers, tomatoes, a couple of cheeses and sausages. Very strange eggs. Friends. One day there were pancakes, the second day some biscuits and the third day there was cookies. Coffee is cooked, but there are no big cups.
Escape at 10 a.m., although Tripcom is indicated in 11.00.
To the city center is far away, walking not to get, buses don't go, just taxi. Around many restaurants, supermarkets and exchange of currencies there are. Long embankment. For beach recreation the hotel liked, but food is just a nightmare

HHai My NguyenThe Grand Duka Hotel & Spa in Durrës truly made our stay special. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional.
The rooms were modern, very clean, and well-maintained. We were particularly impressed with the spa area, which included a sauna, steam room, and a pleasant wellness ambiance. Fresh towels and water were always available, ensuring we felt completely comfortable. The massages offered were also very reasonably priced and a wonderful addition to the wellness facilities.
The breakfast was outstanding – with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products. It was the perfect start to our day.
Special praise goes to the staff, who gave us many helpful tips for Durrës. Thanks to their recommendations, we discovered great restaurants and got to know the city much better.
We also found the taxi service organized by the hotel to be very convenient. Communication was effortless via WhatsApp, and the costs could be easily settled on our hotel bill at the end. This made our entire trip planning much more relaxed.
Overall, the Grand Duka Hotel & Spa offers a successful combination of comfort, wellness, hospitality, and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return anytime.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, plenty of free parking and clean gym, swimming pool and sauna. Cant really fault it and I recommend staying here. It’s well located and close to the airport for convenience. Only downside was unable to get food delivery to hotel due to location but that’s not the hotel fault so overall very happy and impressed!

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely lovely hotel and great location quiet enough but close enough to all the great spots. The staff such as Mario, Teira (sure I am spelling it wrong) were all so wonderful. Slightly disappointed on the beach area considering its a premium hotel and was surprised at no access to room service. Could not even get ice as the in-room fridge is more like a wine cooler with not much cooling.

PPhotoguyThe hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room.
The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station.
I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

AAnonymous UserGreat hotel. Just as gorgeous as the photos and it's very quiet when the windows are shut.
It could do with a little better customer service and better cleaning standards. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The pools and saunas were the highlight of our stay. Our skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated.

RRobert JinWe had a 1 night stay in the hotel. We arrived very late, actually in the early morning of the following day. I wanted to make sure the hotel kept my room, so I sent an email. To my surprise, they emailed me back instantly, and told me all is fine.
