Stayed here with my husband and son on the first leg of our Oz journey. We didn’t see a lot of the staff (we didn’t need to) but when we did they were very helpful and courteous and happily helped us out. The room itself was fine for our family of 3 and although the bathroom was small it was perfectly useable. The site of the hotel was great, a 5 min walk to King’s Cross station, 20 minute walk to Paddington and 10 minutes to Rushcutters Bay. A great little hotel that is a perfect base for exploring

Nesuto is ideally located to tour around most interesting places around Sydney's CBD; one can walk, take a bus or train. A quiet neighbourhood also conveniently within reach of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff are friendly; the place is clean and offers self catering in the rooms, which was great. Management could improve on internet access especially on the first floor left wing rooms. Otherwise, a good experience for my family.

We ended up at this hotel after finding our Airbnb not up to standard. The reception staff were so obliging and after confirming they had rooms available for us, they took us up to the rooms to see them before we booked. Excellent hotel, super clean and comfortable, located close to Sydney harbour and so accessible to the attractions as well as great restaurants. Don’t hesitate.

I’ve noticed aggressive feedback below and I want to advocate this awesome place. I’ve stayed in the room in March and then In June with my partner.I confirm that WiFi requires attention since it’s too too poor but I’m glad that while I was here, the management has been working on that issue. That’s true that Reception isn’t 24/7 but this is Boutique Hotel for people who aren’t familiar with term, it doesn’t mean luxury all inclusive Conrad by Hilton hotel that’s why don’t expect room service, 24/7 front desk service, towel swans and etc. In addition, beautiful and friendly ladies at the reception go extra miles to ensure that you feel comfortable and like at home. The room isn’t big but stylish if you’d like more space go for room with balcony and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea,which you may find at the reception complimentary, early in the morning looking at the Potts Point. Besides, LOCATION, this is the best,the most convenient location in Sydney! You can walk to Opera House,CBD or get the train to Bondi Beach staying away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Also, Potts Point has a soul and you may be bewitched by the spirit of this area. To sum up, don’t hesitate about the hotel, it’s gem of the area and you can definitely enjoy the time here if you don’t expect more than the hotel positioned itself. P.S. Jensen Potts Point, thank you for complimentary snacks each time when we switched the room and thank you, the entire small team for being nice and positive every day.

Super Lage und tolle Leute. Für den Preis ist es sehr gut. Kritikpunkte: - Wenn man das obere Bett hat, hat man keine Steckdose am Bett. Evtl. hat man Glück, dass es ein Verlängerungskabel gibt - es gibt keine Vorhänge an den Betten. Also null Privatsphäre
