Only 1 towel in room but was sorted after asking for it Good hotel large room good breakfasts think 4 star is enough

Very friendly and attentive service and staff ! Locations a bit outside of the city, easy to reach from the North Train Station…

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.

Do not book this hotel ! My family and I booked Kaifeng Sheraton two nights. Traveling with elders were difficult to manage so we decided to eat dinner at hotel restaurant. The same night our family 6 people including myself got food poisoning. All have diarrheas. The cause was the pigeon soup. We had to cancel our plans for the day and next. The way hotel dealt with this issue was horrible. They kept on denying the responsibility and blaming us for the meal earlier. They refused to meet my request and refused to share contact of their general manger for further escalation. Kaifeng Sheraton was a terrible experience. Do not stay here.

The hotel’s location is excellent, facing West Lake with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is spacious and clean. This is the best hotel in Kaifeng and I strongly recommend this hotel to the travelers. If I visit Kaifeng, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

The room is average, lack of quality towels and linens. Poor pillows. Breakfast is very basic. I would consider this a 4 star hotel at the most.

Worst Sheraton Hotel, I booked this hotel for my wife, on the day of check in the duvet cover and pillow was dirty, after the hotel changed a cover and pillow for my wife, she found that the changed one was still dirty, they didn't even apologize to her and the attitude of the front desk clerk was very bad. I live in the US and when I contacted the hotel they actually asked me if I could speak Chinese, when I replied that I couldn't speak Chinese they made me wait for a long time and didn't connect me to the English service, I've stayed in a lot of Sheraton hotels all over the world and I can only say that this is the worst one!

Good location and very clean!

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

Very nice to stay

I took my two daughters on a staycation, and this hotel is very competitively priced compared to Zhengzhou. The pool is decent and the buffet is worth trying. Situated right next to a mall it offers enough to keep busy whilst being a springboard for sightseeing in Kaifeng. It would be good to be a little closer to downtown areas as you would need to rely on taxi services to and from to get anywhere. Still, I would come back again.

If you are going to stay in Kaifeng, stay here! This was one of our best hotel experiences in China. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was fantastic, and we got a great night’s sleep. We weren’t able to turn off the heat, but that might have been our issue. Also didn’t see any room service options, but again, that might have been our lack of mandarin. We will definitely stay here again!

從開封博物館出來，一眼就看到了喜來登，是地標性建築了，設施服務都是一流的，尤其前台小姐姐7HEA非常熱情，耐心，細緻，辦理萬豪會員，送了我們小童早餐，我們是三家一起遊玩兒，給我們安排在同一樓層，讓我們感受到開封人民的熱情。下次再來開封，還會選擇喜來登。
