Stayed recently for a major sporting competition that I have attended in the past and have usually stayed at Penrith or Rooty Hill. What a gem Holiday Inn St Marys is! A newish hotel with great rooms and friendly reception. Rooms were on the larger size, with a huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. I usually travel with a power board so I can charge all my devices, but didn't need it, as the rooms have an abundance of power/usb charging points. Great bed and a choice of pllows. Located next door to St Marys Leagues Club with plenty of dining options available. As the title says ”A Great Place to stay in Western Sydney”.

Stayed here for 1 night while on a business trip to customers in the nearby industrial estates. Nice, spacious studio accommodation. It missed a breakfast restaurant. The study was adequately spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable as well. It had a community laundry room at the ground level which I used. For anyone who needs to stay in the Kingswood suburb, this is a nice option and I would also stay here again, as and when need arises to stay overnight in this vicinity.

Great staff and very attentive to some issues we had with the room at the beginning and everything went well ….until …. At 12 midnight we woke up with excruciating screams of a woman (drunk? **************? Echoing in the car yard , Banging on our and other doors and cars using F words …running around like a mad.. then I heard One of the guests yelling shut the…up then he called the pub security and they came to trying to calm the woman she wouldn’t stop and the man next door was very angry yelling at her to shut up… after 15-20 min security and one of the night staff escorted the woman who stayed next door to us, she drove off when still screaming and constantly horning her car After she left I opened the door very shaky and spoke to the staff and advised her how stressful and scared I was about the situation waling up with this noise. Then i checked our car to see if it was damaged or not, luckily wasn’t. She said she will get her manager to call me on Monday to refund or work something out (a free room next time, etc) she said the same thing to the man who was next door and upset about the situation Absolute NIGHTMARE absolutely!!!! Staff are really nice though. They tried their very best.

Extremely clean and quiet property. Wifi was good, location ideal, merely metres from rail. Rooms extremely quiet even though right next to rail line. Did not hear trains at all. They must hve had some complaints in past because they did have earplugs provided on bedside table. Not taht they were needed
