Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Szczecin

I visited this hotel together with my daughter. I had booked the hotel online on their website a few days in advance. The web site for booking gave me the impression that I pre-paid for the room (which I did not), that led to some confusion at check-in, however neither the girl in the reception or I made a big issue out of this, and the confusion was settled. The room was clean and as expected. It's what you expect for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful when it cam to booking a taxi and recommending a restaurant. There is a ten minute walk to the train station.

Parking is outside in a side street, on a gravel area about 150 meters away from the hotel. Beware if you have heavy luggage to carry, or if its raining, as the area in front of the hotel is a bus stop and area is controlled by parking wardens. Reception area is small, combined with a bar area that isn’t very comfortable. Room and bathroom were good quality, but the room was very warm and we couldn’t regulate the temperature via the air conditioning which made sleeping uncomfortable. There are small windows you can open, but not adequate to air the room. We didn’t try breakfast or the restaurant.

Das Hotel befindet sich unweit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten Szczecins, sodass man alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Auto kann man auf einen bewachten Parkplatz abstellen, der zwar ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt, aber gut zu erreichen ist. Die Zimmer haben europäischen Standard und sind relativ ruhig, obwohl Hauptverkehrsstraßen in der Nähe sind. Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig. Das hoteleigene Restaurant hat zwar nicht eine urige Atmosphäre, bietet aber auch am Abend einiges.

It was very nice. The tv had our names and the service was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were nice and soft. It is extremely central and close to everything. Only comment is problems with the doors and keys - we were far from the only ones with a problem with the door.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Einrichtung ist ein gelungener Mix aus Tradition und Moderne. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit Allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (Kaffee-Tee Zubereiter, Mini Kühlschrank, TV, etc.). Das Bad ist geräumig und mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war absolute Spitze. Man kann einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage buchen oder kostenfrei in einer Seitenstraße (Wohnviertel) stellen.

Cleaning staff stole a pair of shoes from our room! This is something that sounds incredible, but it really happened. As soon as we realized the missing pair of shoes, we called the reception to ask them about it. They replied: oh yes ”this is normal, the cleaning lady must have taken it your shoes, we waited for the staff to get some answer instead they were laughing at us, totally unhelpful and disrespectful. After waiting with not answers we left the hotel, they stole a pair of shoes! Be aware of this situation, if they steal shoes be sure they can take other valuables things from your room, Dangerous place to stay. Beside been robed, this is my opinion of this hotel: - Uneducated, arrogant, sadistic staff at the reception, they are unhelpful, lazy, slow. They will let you wait for minutes, avoiding eye contact. Once you managed to get their attention, they will treat you like a subhuman, they clearly enjoy to make people wait. You can see in their faces when they smirk while the guess is having a bad time. Also, be careful with your bill, the girl called: Olivia tried to charge us more, pretending that she did not know how to count. Scary staff, like from Figueroa Street in Los Angeles (google it), the girls look like cheap S-T-R-I-P-E-RS and the boys like P-I-M-P-S. Olivia and Kate should never ever work in hospitality. They are rude, unhelpful, arrogant, they make you have a very bad impression of Polish people. The hotel is located in a street full of sketchy people, drunkards, etc. Small room, no fridge, no tea/coffee. As a Marriott Bonvoy member and a long time traveler, I can say this was the worst hotel experience ever. A total shame for this brand. Management team are clearly unprofessional. Avoid at all cost, you might end getting stolen by staff.

I had a great and beautiful occasion to stay in Novotel Szczecin. I was assisted by the great professionalism and friendliness of the staff of this Hotel. I can mention the receptionists of the Szczecin hotel Lukas, Marta, Ewelina and the restaurant attendants Agatha and Oksana, people always with a smile and never with a no to say to you. I was highly satisfied and would happily return

Best cappuccino in Szczecin ! Served by Natalia. Customer service is excellent. Very good value hotel in the middle of Szczecin. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean. Room standard is 3 of 5.

We stayed 1 night as we mainly came for a show in town. Good location, clean and great to have an Air-conditioning in the room. That's about it, although I read good reviews about the breakfast, it wasn't tasty at 9 am the food is already cold so better come early I guess. No free parking, but the funny thing is that the next door parking (there are 2 of them) are cheeper then the one the hotel offer. Pillows are standard so if you are used to orthopedic one you're going to wake up with a neck pain. Overall good for short stay because of its location.
