The staff are very friendly but there are many bugs around the place, I hope that they can conduct a removal for the bugs or fogging if so. Overall experience was great, the food is delicious. Very pet friendly place 🐶😁

They were always ready to assist and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Family-Friendly: This hotel is perfect for families. They had amenities and activities suitable for children, which kept our little ones entertained. Atmosphere: The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing. It's a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Dining: The food at the on-site restaurant was decent. There was a good variety, but some dishes could use a bit more flavor. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice selection of both local and international options. Location: The hotel's location is convenient if you're planning to visit local attractions like Sky Ranch and Picnic Grove. However, if you're looking to explore the town center, it might feel a bit far out. Overall: Hortz Hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean facilities, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. While there are minor areas for improvement, it's a solid choice for families and solo travelers alike.

Birthday well spent here. Room is nice,friendly staffs, good and delicious food as well as the place is peaceful. A perfect getaway from the city chaos. My favorite part is the Facio cafe especially at night. All of the guests were chatting and neither of them was holding a phone because the place encourages conversation. I love the vibe plus the mellow music playing. The only downside is the pool, we cannot fathom if it's clean or not but the FD staff confirmed that it's clean everyday and the tiles are dark that's why it's giving different feels. Never tried to swim.Still a good place if you want to have a quiet stay. 🍃

I like the resort theme of the hotel. Its location is near everything. I will come back for sure in the future.

We availed a family room good for 20 pax, there are 5 rooms in total. One of the bathrooms has worm on a shampoo bottle when a family member pumped, the other room has a centipede in the bathroom. All the rooms have a musty, aged odor, including the linens, curtains and towels are dusty. Not worthy. As for the amenities, they only have swimming pool. The restaurant looks pleasant, but the food is too pricey for its taste and serving. Location wise, its near Sky ranch, and its pet friendly.

Per the booking reservation, it was stated that we booked for 2 single beds and 1 double size bed but ended up with 2 queen beds. What is the purpose of booking a reservation in advance but ending up with the reserved room? The pool is not that clean and we were charged a service fee when we ordered coffee at Facio. The waiter is not as friendly as it seems. We will not encourage our friends to stay at this hotel.

The place is amazing. The staffs are kind and approachable. The room is so big.. We will definitely go back.. The kids enjoyed the pool though it is cold.. My family loves the place so much.. The breakfast is also good.. The place is Instagrammable

Excellent service and comfortable room. The food was great. A very relaxing environment with nature feels. Its worth coming back to this hotel in Tagaytay. I will recommend this to my colleagues and family if they want a comfortable stay in Tagaytay.

used to be called the bali village hotel, the new name is more apt and trendy. we stayed here for 5D/4N for a workshop conducted by our agency. we were billeted in rooms situated in north and south wings. ours was in south wing with defective electronic lock and so we were provided with a key to manually open it. our room smells nice, well lit, speedy internet connectivity, good bathroom amenities but lacks hooks inside to hang our towel & clothes. food was adequate and tastes alright. enough to actually bust our hunger and thirst. no hot tea, though. only coffee was the hot beverage available. parking was ample and the rich vegetation served as natural fence that protects trespassers from reaching in. swimming pool was not enticing enough to make us swim. nice ambiance, though.
