Not recommended who travel with groups or elderly person. No staff at the reception. Only phone talk. Rooms are so so so small, don’t even have space for luggage. Order for luggage storage only available for cabin small luggage and the waiting time more than 50 minutes….. normal size check in luggage are not able to store. Not worth for the price….. Breakfast area very small. Have to book the exact time for the breakfast. Super shameful hotel…. will never back again!

Enjoy staying in Kloud hotel on our repeat accommodation of the week. Walking distance to Fengchia night market of approximately in 15 minutes. Highly recommended. Self check in and check out. Reception can be contactable if unable to access to check in.

Find this operator opportunistic. Completely unsympathetic. We booked many hotels before but due to sudden change of plans such as natural disaster like earthquakes they are more forgiving but not Kloud hotel, don't expect anything from them. If you do intend to book a place here i would suggest to look closer at their location. They front a barb-wired location in a laneway.. there are other better locations in Taichung that gives you better return for your money and certainly more impressive. Location if will give them poor marks but cleanliess, service and facilites no comments as i could not make it to their hotel.

Room size is good enough for 3 adults. Service staff are friendly. Walk distance to Fengjia Night Market. But do take note, there is no way to get breakfast within walking distance except 7-11. Other than that, Place is very clean. Overall, happy with the stay.

Send service to check in and check out. But if you face any issue checking in, u can contact the receptionist and they will come and help. The room is clean and comfortable. And do remember that the hotel doesn’t provide toiletries

Pros: Amazing location, 5minutes walk to Feng Jia Market. Cons: Interesting concept of self check-in but we could not check in on our first try, still needed the help of the receptionist. One time use slippers were also not provided which to us is a necessity despite the sustainable policy.

Self service check in check out system. Automated. New hotel. Very modern & clean. Comfy bed. Room small but cozy and nice. Will stay again. About 10min walk from Fengjia market.

Hotel located about 10min walk to Feng Jia night markets. The room a bit small and slight narrow to place our three luggage’s. But it’s nice and comfortable.

It’s clean and modern, however slipper, tooth brush are chargeable if needed as they are normally free in others Taiwan hotels.

Booked the standard double bed room. Room was clean and tidy, love the balcony. Only down side was that we can hear noise from corridor and the shower area was a bit tight. The location of the hotel was perfect, approx 10min walk to the famous fengjia night market.

The hotel is self check in. No hotel staff was present unless you “press a button” in which case they come quickly. The location was fantastic.

Great hotel with great facilities and helpful staff though it is supposed to be self service most of the time. Staffs are helpful when needed and they do provide free luggage storage too. Really love this location and will definitely visit again. Also, recommend to upgrade your room if possible. It really makes a difference.

Nice and clean rooms but there was practically no service at check in. We touched down late and arrived at hotel tired with young kids, only to fumble with the check in system and had to wait at least 10min before one finally finished his call by the lift and come help us with the check in
