Hotel berhampiran Shanhua Station, Tainan

地理位置很好，旁邊就有早市，可以採買水果，可以請飯店幫忙冰，服務很好。但房間內冰箱不會冰。不知道為什麼找不到浴缸蓄水用的塞子。

a little hard to conversate with them..they should have someone who even know how to speak english.. the facility a little bit dusty..but we enjoyed our stay

Check in dah terlalu lama menunggu tuan punya homestay...dah call sebelum sampai, terus call lagi. Pada asalnya, saya mengatakan bahawa wanita di dalam akan turun serta-merta, tetapi selepas menunggu beberapa minit, saya menerima panggilan daripada tuan rumah mengatakan bahawa wanita itu akan kembali tidak lama lagi di luar, dan kemudian menunggu lagi. Selepas beberapa ketika, pemilik homestay itu datang sendiri, mengatakan bahawa dia tidak akan menunggu di pintu dengan bagasi di belakangnya pada awalnya.

Location of the hotel is ok with some of restaurants around. There are few stairs in front of the hotel. When we arrived the hotel, no one to come out to help us to carry our luggages (total four big to medium sized luggages) to the reception. We had to do this by ourselves. We booked two deluxe rooms and arrived around 2pm, the receptionist asked us to come back at 4pm as the rooms were not yet ready and emphasised the checkout time should be 11am. Since the checkout time is so early, the hotel should provide us the room sharp at 3pm according to the agreed terms. After some arguments, the receptionist promised to send us email when the rooms were ready but couldn’t guarantee to give us the rooms by 3pm. At last, it was good the receptionist notified us the rooms were ready around 2.35pm. The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. No toothpaste plus toothbrush and bottled mineral water are provided. A plastic bottle is provided for you to go out to the machine to get the drinking water while the toothbrush is provided after asking the receptionist. Understood it is for green environmental protection but not convenient for the guests. The breakfast is not attractive as chose of foods are limited. Learned that the Chinese foods of the hotel restaurant is quite good but we couldn’t try it as the Chinese foods are only provided from Friday to Sunday. Car parking is very good and it is free

Boutique hotel is beautiful and attractive. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean but have two big pillars in the room. Air conditioner is cold. Nice location, foods is surrounded, just walk around you can find what food you want. Tourist attractions are also nearby. You can call a taxi or grab to go somewhere farther away. The map inside the lift is very useful.

Sayang sekali bahawa kolam renang dan banyak kemudahan tidak dibuka semasa wabak ini. Tetapi perkhidmatan dan persekitaran tempat tinggalnya sangat selesa. Mereka yang tidak terbiasa dengan katil yang terlalu lembut mungkin harus bertanya.

Sebenarnya, saya telah banyak kali menginap di Jing Ying Hotel di Tainan Tidak kira persekitaran dan lokasi, sangat digalakkan Pengangkutan dan perjalanan dan percutian yang selesa adalah pilihan pertama Saya juga menantikan penginapan seterusnya! 💯💯💯

Very cute interior and great customer service. Location and price are great too! All of my friends recommend this place. Would def stay again!

We like Just Sleep Hotel Tainan because it is very clean, beautiful and modern. The beds are really comfortable and feel like clouds when we slept on them. We also like the food at the breakfast buffet, very delicious and worth the price. There were also free biscuits and coffee outside Just Cafe in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and nice too! Though the location is a bit off the main road, it is just next to Ten Drum Cultural Village which we could walk over easily.

We stayed two nights in Roots Inn Tainan, I think it’s highly recommendable. The rooms are simple, but clean. It’s got a mini fridge for you to store all the delicious goodies that you may buy in Tainan. No bottled water nor coffee/ tea in the room, but all is provided in the 6/F communal living room. It’s a nice setting to enjoy after a long day out, we bought some snacks from the food stalls near by back to the living room because of heavy rain outside. The living room has all the dining ware that you’ll need, and a nice big dining table to spread your feast out. Location is very convenient as the alleys nearby are filled with food stalls at night. Service is excellent, we asked for extra hand towels and hand soap, they provided that to our room while we went out. The receptionist mentioned to us that even after check out, we are welcome to rest in the 6/F living room before we had to leave, which is very nice. On a side note: BMS cafe nearby is excellent for western breakfast and coffee, we went there for both mornings during our stay.
