Ulasan Hej Taipei Arena Hotel

Here for kids ice hockey games, room is ok~ clean but with a little of smells.

First time staying at this hotel because of its good location and is near to Taipei Arena. The hotel room is clean. The breakfast is sumptuous and has a lot of food varieties.

This is a great hotel. have all you needed for hotel accommodation. Good room with big size. Bathroom is very large. Friendly staff and helpful

Hotel is at ground level of building. Nearest MRT would be 300m from hotel. Buffet breakfast is simple but great. Soundproofing is great as well. From hotel window, you can see Taipei 101, reachable 40min by walking 2.9km

staff members need a lot of training and improvements, service is cold as a morgue, won't recommend this hotel to anyone

I would definitely return to Hej Hotel whenever I visit Taichung. The location is excellent, strategically close to the night market and with a 7-Eleven just downstairs. The room is clean and comfortable, as is the bathroom. The shampoo and shower gel smell wonderful and are very pleasant to use. There’s even a bathtub, although I didn’t have time to try it. The breakfast buffet is impressive, offering a traditional ********* breakfast. The porridge is delicious, and the fruits are fresh and sweet.

This accommodation boasts a relatively good location, being conveniently close to the MRT. It's suitable for families on a budget as it provides children's beds and bathtubs. The breakfast served is decent in taste. Cleanliness is relatively good, though there was a noticeable amount of dust under the beds. The staff provides excellent service, with smiles and willingness to assist.

The hotel location was so good. The staff in the restaurant were super nice and friendly. A bit concerned with reception wasn’t really greeting with the guests. The room is clean.

A very comfortable stay I had at this hotel. Among the 3 hotels where I had stayed for my 1-week trip in Taipei, I had the best sleep there (can fall asleep right away and slept through the night, haha!) The hotel looks slightly old at the lobby & in the room, but overall it is ok. Everything is clean and the shower area is very user-friendly.
