В целом еда неплохая, говядина отличная, фрукты хорошие, но столов мало, официанты нетопорпливые, развлечения отличные, пляж норм и с коктейлями рядом, по соотношению цена-качество очень неплохой, но номера старые, и медленно ремонтируются, вода горячая всегда есть, громкая музыка с 10 до 23, спать не мешало, я бы вернулся сюда еще

Foi uma péssima escolha a estada nesse hotel. A localização é razoável mas os serviços são muito fracos. Aposento 1 - quarto cheirava a urina, ducha de banho "despencou" na cabeça na hora do banho, vaso sanitario entupido, hão de nitidamente limpeza, toalhas de rosto oferecidas como de banho, cobertor furado. Aposento 2. Escuro, mofado e foi alagado dia de chuva. Banheiros coletivos da recepção e da piscima sem serem higienizados, muito sujos, sem papel e sabonete. Bar da piscina- sem limpeza, chão escorregadio sujo Ambiente de piscina- alimentos e restos de cigarros ao redor , muita sujeira e descuido. Restaurante - cardápio repetitivo, pratos copos e talheres molhados/sujos. Etc etc etc. ,

Провели «замечательные» 4 ночи в данном отеле. Плюсы: ⁃ ежедневная уборка ⁃ до океана всего пару минут ⁃ Так как отель находится в самом начале острова , концентрация людей минимальная ⁃ Наличие безлимитного алкоголя: пиво очень даже приемлемо, рома льют много, не жалеют ⁃ Наличие Бассейна ⁃ Кондиционер в номере отлично справляется Минусы: ⁃ отсутствие горячей воды, хотя нам каждый день обещали ее починить ⁃ Отсутствие больших полотенец ⁃ Развлекательная программа каждый день до 23:00 часов, которую очень громко слышно в номере ⁃ Скудная и однообразная еда (но это не удивительно для Кубы) ⁃ Отсутствие бесплатного wi-fi. Хотя бы на 30 минут. Только платный 1час=1 евро ⁃ Нехватка пластиковых станкачиков. Использованные Одноразовые стаканчики моются, для повторного розлива напитков

Muy mala experiencia en villa tortuga un buffe muy pequeño malo los servicios y si hablamos de la alimentación es pésima la atención no es buena y las habitaciones con mucha humedad y polvo

Muy bien localizado y limpio el lugar. Le falta mantenimiento pero se compensa con la belleza natural de lugar y el excelente servicio del personal. Internet por WiFi sería una gran mejora (incluido en el precio).

インクルーシブの値段としてはコスパ高いですね。 プライベートビーチも綺麗で素敵でした。 一方で社会主義国なのでしょうか、ブッフェ食べ物は今ひとつ。まあ社会主義国で食材調達に難ありとして理解する様に努めなければならないと思います。かえって食べ過ぎないので良いかも知れません（笑）。

From advantages: a magnificent location, close to the city Center and the village of Santa Marta. From minuses: do not allow to drive guests to their room, which is very upset. Check-in from 16:00 to local time, which not particularly bothered me, but on reception I waited about 40 minutes when I was settled. Please leave the room until 10:00 local time, which is also extremely not pleasant. And also from minuses this paid internet 1 hour per $ 1. Breakfast is good and varied. In general, I will say - you don't need to fly here in February, here is cold, rain and wind.

Condition of the room was unacceptable.It was dirty upon arrival. The bedding was old and stained,which is completely unprofessional and unhygienic.The bathroom with broken fixtures and plumbing issues .WiFi service not work properly and paid extra.In hotel we cant bay bottled drinking water .

Where to begin....in short, this hotel was horrible!! I had to change rooms on the first night because the room smelled wet and looked like it hadn't been touched in years. So much dust piled up on the lamps, stained bedding and a disgusting bathroom. I immediately asked for a new room which they gave me. It was better but still not anywhere close to what I would choose (I was with a group and didn't choose this hotel). The food was YUCK!! I went to the buffet once and didn't eat anything and never went back. No variety available, the food was cold and there were so many flies! The restaurant was dirty and looked like they never actually clean it. I couldn't stomach it so I never went back. The door of our bathroom was separating and falling apart and a roach greeted me as I went to shower. The towels are really short and thick like floor mats and about 99% of them where visibly stained just like the sheets. On one occasion when preparing for bed I pulled back the top covering of the bed and found that the bottom third of my flat sheet was covered in mildew! I was mortified! I threw it off the bed and put it near the trash. There is no way the maid should've put that sheet on the bed. The AC had issues but once reported it was taken care of pretty quickly. The snack bar only offered a ham and cheese sandwich and the lobby bar charged for drinks which is quite ridiculous at an "all inclusive" hotel. There were many days when they ran out of ice, tea, honey, etc which was annoying. They also charged for wifi which was unexpected and I only got 1 bar of that in my room which totally defeated the purpose. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. Totally disliked the open smoking allowed and not designated areas. The stray animals roaming the lobby were also a turn off as well as the flies and mosquitoes. Overall this property is in MAJOR need of a renovation. Even a local that we ran into said that this hotel was no good and if we had time that we should switch to another hotel. Suffice it to say, my mom and I will be staying here or recommending this hotel to anyone... Ever!

The most wonderful experience ever the rooms where super clean and spacious with amazing pool view they had everything to drink and the food was delicious I’m impressed the chefs name Jorge cooked a lot of different choice of meat and fishes and lots of different desserts we had the beach very close to the room so we were super happy with everything this hotel is all inclusive and with amazing price to stay and have amazingly time with friends and family!!!

Went with My Son for a get away.Had a good holiday.Food was good.Room clean.We enjoyed the beach it was beautiful.The pool was clean..Close to everything so its walkable. If you can't walk you can talk the bus.The people at the resort were very friendly.

So, we’ve been all over, but our stay at Gran Caribe Tortuga in Varadero? Yikes. Thought we’d get some beach time in, but instead, we came back to our room to find our stuff messed with. Seriously, our hidden cash and some jewelry? Gone. And get this – we weren't the only ones. A bunch of families had the same bad luck that day. Lost money, jewelry, some even lost important papers. If you're looking at this place for your trip, maybe double-check those room locks or think about another spot. Totally bummed out about how this turned out.
